    Best concert ever

by sny.side.up on 5/2/23The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver Spring

It was my first concert at The Fillmore. The venue was smaller than I anticipated but it was great! It was an intimate experience for me.

    No Words...

by Moon Jumper on 5/2/23The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver Spring

First off the venue was set up nicely, getting in was quick and easy, but most of all the performance was amazing. I've been the biggest Mac Ayres fan for a couple of years now and the show made me the happiest I've been in a while. If I could see it 5x over again I would. I actually almost cried when he performed Jumping off the Moon. Not to mention even when the show was over, the crowd chanted for one more song. He came right back out and did more than one. He thanked the audience repeatedly and he and his band are truly talented. 10/10 would recommend!

    Mac Ayers - Philly

by MBighum on 4/30/23Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

The event was at the TLA on a Thursday night. The staff was very organized with the entrance and the security was thorough. The show started properly at 8:00. I have no complaints at all.

    Sounds even better live

by Jordan on 4/28/23The Underground - Charlotte

I was able to see him live for the first time and it was a great experience. Great turn out but plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. He and the band were even better live. The opening act, Cartoonz I think, was really good too.

    Exceeded expectations!

by Mark Juana on 4/24/23Jannus Live - St Petersburg

Great concert! Went with myself and two friends. Didn't really know the openers but they were good to listen to while we got drinks and browsed merch. Mac Ayers is one of the more laid back artists I listen to so I was unsure how he'd come across on stage. Once he started play I was reassured. Great energy, good sound, immaculate vibes, and not too packed in the crowd! *Chefs kiss*

    Magical

by _miilyna on 4/23/23House of Blues Orlando - Orlando

Mac is an absolute treasure; the heart he put into every song was magical, his honesty with the crowd refreshing. I honestly can’t wait for him to tour again in my area, I will absolutely be seeing him again. His music impacted me heavily, and seeing that he’s just as talented, if not more, live was amazing

    Awesome Experience

by DJ Crank on 4/22/23Jannus Live - St Petersburg

Awesome show, I think they should have had a DJ to entertain the crowd before the show and in between the performers. The opening act Ariana, I think was the name she was absolutely amazing. I loved her flow, tone and style. She deserves her own tour as well. For Janis Live The sound in the VIP area does not sound good at all. You can barely make out what they are saying. They need speakers in the VIP or point speakers in the direction of VIP.

The show and set were amazing! Mac and his friends, the band, gave it their all as if it were their first show. I was appreciative of every song, note, and story. I’d definitely travel to see them again! The Joy Theater was a nice venue. Each staff me never I came into contact with was kind. Upon entering, they moved quickly and checked everyone thoroughly ensure everyone got in in a safe and timely manner.

    Voice of an angel

by Ta ta licious on 4/6/23

My oldest was turning 15 in a couple of days so, I took my daughter to her 1st music concert 3/31/23 @ The Fox Theater in Pomona, CA. Mac Ayers was great!!!! His band is AWSOME!!!!! Mind blowing the talent on stage. His opening act that played for about 40 minutes was very good as well. I'm not gong to lie i was falling asleep toward the end. I didn't catch the artist name/ band the singer with the dreads has a very special voice. If i ever see them blow up it would definitely put a smile on my face. Other than him not preforming "Waiting" which would've put everything over the top and losing my ID at the theater I am satisfied with my purchase and experience. My daughter and i will always remember that night together. I purchased 2 $40 t-shirts and a $13.50 mix drink before the show. There was really no line but, they only accepted card and i usually only carry card but that night it was cash. A nice guy helped me out though. The crowd was like 30 black people including myself, my daughter is half and everybody else was white or Asian. I seen about 5 couples white guy black girl. After the show everyone spilled out in front of the theater to take pictures with the marquee. It was chilly outside. It was very difficult to get a full body pic because the marquee is so bright behind you. You need a strong flesh. Selfies worked better or if you have a ring light handy to place in front of you. I would recommend everyone to see him live. His parent's must be so proud

    10/10 Amazing Experience

by Day on 3/30/23Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

The lights and sound perfectly conplimented Mac Ayres and his band's performance. Service for drinks and food was quick and polite. Floor and seating areas were perfectly clean which I appreciate. Genuinely the most social I've felt at a concert as the venue atmosphere encourages that :) more like this please!

    Mac Ayres

by Nicnac on 11/30/19L'Astral - Montréal

This event was awesome! Mac sounded better live, very soulful & had a live band that also done a great job!! The best part was at the end when Mac came out after the show to get a drink at the bar & we went up to talk with to let him know that we drove 2 hrs to get there & my 14 year old son is actually the one who loves his music, along with also being a performer. At which point, I ask if my son could take a pic with him & he was more than happy to do so, along with some encouraging words for my son! Great & secure atmosphere!

    Even Better Than Expected

    by Maybek8e on 11/30/19L'Astral - Montréal

I rolled into Montreal for a solo adventure with no real plans, I just wanted to see where my feet took me. Within 15 minutes of checking into my hotel room I saw that Mac Ayres was playing. I had never seen him before but heard great things. So why not?! I am so glad I went! He is definitely a great, high energy live act that really engages with the audience and has an outstanding band supporting him. They really seemed like a group of guys who truly love what they do and love doing it together! The club that this show was in was also great, especially the staff. I really cannot speak highly enough about my interactions with them. I only interacted with one bartender once and he was really nice and helpful. The security team? Was it because I seemed to be 20 years older than average age of the concert goes or what (I’m 42)? They were just so nice and talkative and gave me this feeling that they were looking out for me. I wish I knew their names! Anyway, overall my entire experience on all levels with seeing Max Ayres just shed the whole event in such a great light light that I feel like I need to see them when I can in my travels or (hopefully) close to home.
