George Lynch has the magic touch!

by rockchick66 on 2/25/14M15 Concert Bar & Grill - Corona

Lynch Mob rocked!!! This was the second Lynch Mob show I saw in a week. After seeing the first at Ramona Mainstage, I had to see them again. One would never know that the current lineup is new, that Thadeus Gonzalez, the lead singer, just joined the group in January. Their transitions were seamless. Their stage presence amazing. George shreds! Tad sounds great! Eric is so fun! And Jimmy D'anda has such charisma! I can't wait until they come back to town.

    Lynch Mob was Rokken!

by 23Rocker on 2/25/14M15 Concert Bar & Grill - Corona

George still has it! Great to see the Mob back at it and sounding great. It was a pleasant surprise to hear so many great Dokken metal classics. Very cool to see local Kevin Baldes of Lit on bass. Overall a killer night!

Go - you won't be disappointed

    by DokkenFan76 on 6/12/12Showcase Live - Foxboro

So, I recently faced a conundrum - Dokken and Lynch Mob were both performing on the same night within a 60 mile radius of me. What's a girl to do? Dokken's catalog is greater, I've been a diehard fan (of the original incarnation) forever, and my victim (I mean husband) is more familiar with their music than Lynch Mob's. Don Dokken's voice, however, has gone buh-bye. George has always been my favorite, and although I was afraid Oni's voice wouldn't do their music justice live, I opted for Lynch Mob. I am so glad I did! I have to start by saying that I was surprised at how many people were there. I was expecting about 75 people tops, but the place was at capacity. I couldn't get over the number of young kids (ages 10-14) that were there. Either mom and dad are huge fans, or they appreciate an awesome guitarist. The set started with "She's Evil, But She's Mine". Oni was on-point, and a charismatic front man. George, Robbie, and Scott backed him up nicely. The bandmates had a great rapport, and it showed in their performance. Other songs included "Into the Fire", "River of Love", "Hellchild", "Wicked Sensation", "Tooth and Nail" and "All I Want". My husband enjoyed the show as much as I did, so that's a testament to their awesomeness. Go see them if you can!

    Never again

by LooAnnihilator on 6/12/12Showcase Live - Foxboro

As if the venue wasn't horrendous enough with the overpriced food, rude staff, and police presence, George Lynch turned out to be a complete asshole. He's only in it for the money these days, and that's sad. The best part of the show was Scot Coogan's drumming.

Logan & Lynch best frontmen ever!?

by DudefromHolland on 6/12/12B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

First time visit to NYC. Wow, what a city. And what an amazing city for anyone who lives music! The list was huge but i'm glad we skipped Glenn Frey and went to see Lynch Mob who played on the same night. And what a treat it was. Sooooo happy to see Oni Logan back on lead vocals. What a voice, what a guy! Being a guitarist myself any band with an axe-man like George Lynch is obviously a treat to watch. But vocals are so important to me that many great players don't make it onto my playlist because their lead singers suck. No such troubles here. On the contrary, Oni Logan is one of the great voices of rock!! Right up there with Paul Rodgers and Ronny James Dio. Great bassplayer and drummer as well!! Apart from their musical abilities these guys seem to have a great time on the stage, great sense of humor between all of them. Go see them if you get the chance!!

    Lynch is unbelievable!!!!!

by SurfSkiPlay on 9/1/11Shovelhead Lounge and Vampd - Orlando and Las Vegas

Seen GL twice in the past month in small clubs standing a few feet away, completely blows me away. His sound is dialed in great right now. Using his randal lb103 stack and and old marshall thru an unknown cab, using baffles in front of the cabs. There both on, not sure if he is switching or blending, but stage sound was perfect. His playing is so frantic, he is working hard to make each note, like he's on the edge of falling off the cliff and missing each note, but instead he somehow pulls it all off and your not sure you can believe what your seeing. Played a single coil tele for part of one show and he really had to work to get the notes out as it was less output on the pickup. The guy is playing at his all time best, just possessed and passionate regardless of crowd size. Inspiring for sure, and depressing for a fellow guitarist at the same time.

    Amazing Lynch!

by Metalheadnurse on 8/27/11Jannus Live - St. Petersburg

We had the VIP package which was awesome. George was just like a regular guy, hanging out talking shop! We got to spend probably close to an hour, and had the opportunity to take lots of photos. The opening band did not impress me, I can't even remember their name. I thought Lynch Mob sounded great, (for an outside venue), it was my first time seeing George live. Robbie Crane is always awesome, and I think the singer really stepped up and delivered.

3 opening acts were all really good--a lot of bang for the buck. The Lynch Mob sounded absolutely amazing. George Lynch delivered a tour de force performance on the guitar.

    Disapppointed

by Anonymous on 8/7/11Jannus Live - St Petersburg

Really looked forward to seeing Lynch Mob after enjoying the music for many years. The last time I saw Lynch was in S. FL many years ago. Big change since then. The lead singer bailed at the last minute leaving them with a stand in which did a good job trying to fill the lead at the last second but clearly not as good as the original singer in my opinion. The overall sound at this venue was too distorted and many of the guitar licks were just completely drowned out. The song endings were on the sloppy side. The band was not tight and just did not sound that great. The play list was approx. 1/2 dokken and 1/2 lynch mob. I would have preferred far more of the Lynch Mob play list. I was dissappointed in a number of their own songs they did choose to play and they left out completely a number that I was hoping to hear. No songs played from the first album. Only four from the second and the rest Dokken. They had the drummer sing a song. Really Really horrible. But the Bass player sounded pretty good. Overall very dissappointed in the venue and the sound, the playlist and the musicianship which was on the sloppy side. The venue being all outdoor was full of cigarettes and pot. If you are a non smoker there was little escaping for any clean air.

    Lynch Mob/George Lynch

by Anonymous on 8/7/11Jannus Live - St Petersburg

Unbelievable!! Got to meet Lynch before the show - private concert in room with only 10 of us!! Then the show from the front row - Lynch is still the best this side of Yngwie. If this comes within 100 miles of your house get yourself there!!

    Lynch Mob

by Animalljc on 2/11/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

The show was amazing. George was in rare form, Oni's voice was insane!! That man is one of the best singers I have heard in years. They had a new addition to the band which is Robbie Crane (from Ratt) That man can seriously play the bass and is a great singer too. He has some awesome chops. Now you have the "wild man" Mick Brown on drums, I have never seen him have a bad gig. He is funny as hell and an amazing drummer. He holds it down for sure. All I can say is I love Lynch Mob and they are worth seeing every time they come to NYC.

    Lynched by Lynch Mob

    by mixingbowl1 on 2/6/11Jaxx Nightclub - Springfield

Well, another unbelieveable show has come and gone, courtesy of the Mob, and if you're a fan, then you already know this. This time around, other than the bands' namesake we were treated to a special "reunion" of George with "Wild" Mick Brown, whom he has not played with in about 15 years! Also, Oni Logan was back fronting the group once again, whose midrange voice was given special harmonic treatment via the excellently high, strong background vocal work of bassist Robbie Crane (RATT). I've seen them live many times, and this was easily one of their most cohesive and electric performances. These blues-metal vets have been on the scene for many years, and lesser, more inexperienced and dismissive types wou;d probably banter about how bands like this should hang it up. But to the initiated, we understand all too well that age... is simply a number. 5/5

    George Lynch simply outstanding

by EWULTD on 2/2/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

I knew George Lynch was an excellent guitarists. What I found out was how exceptional he really is. It's rare that when a guitarists does a solo, it last for 10+ minutes. I didn't time his, but it was at least that long. What made the show even better was the meet and greet afterwards. I met George after the show, got his autograph, as well as a picture together. As good as it gets

by KingOfRock on 2/2/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

If you like hard rock, this is as good as it gets. Saw Lynchmob 3 times this tour. Unfortunately, first two times (opening for MSG at Starland Ballroom, in Sayreville, NJ and Eleanor Rigby's in Jermyn, PA) their soundman was shameful and their set was too short. Finally, this show at B.B. Kings was as it should be. Giving the legendary Lynch and Oni combo the headlining spot and the sound that they own. Nothing could be better than hearing Mick Brown and Robbie Crane pound it out with them. This was the Lynchmob lineup to see.... really top notch (and how it must sound in rock and roll heaven). Thank you guys for setting the standard. Just one small request - Mick, Your drumming rocks. You always know exactly what to play behind Lynch (as if you were his brother). But please, let Oni do the talking in between songs, man. Alright? Deal???
