Lumen Field Tours Tickets

The tour was amazing. The guide knew everything she was saying, and the stadium is absolutely gorgeous.

Took our tween-age grandchildren on this tour and we all loved it! There’s so much to see and learn from this behind-the-scenes showcase of Lumen Field. We’ve only lived in WA for 2 years and this bucket-list activity met our expectations. We toured the press room, a VIP suite and several other “closed-to-the-public” areas. Our only disappointment was not being able to tour the locker rooms because they were being readied for a soccer match. We’ve never been to a Seahawks game but the men’s and women’s professional soccer leagues play here and ticket availability/reasonable prices mean we’ll be returning on game day.

Had a great time checking out different parts of Lumen Field. We've never been to a game there so it was our first time visiting the stadium and it was fun to see all the different parts. We especially enjoyed going to the top of the 12th man tower where they hoist the flag and it was cool that the tour guide let us each hold the flag and take pictures. Our tour guide, Connie, was great and you can tell she is a true Seahawk fan. Would recommend the tour for any Seahawk, football, and/or sports fan!

Great tour, a lot of insights into behind the scenes stadium. Favorites include on field view and the hawk nest. Guide Corine was a last second call up and did a great job shepherding us around the stadium.

The tour was interesting and well presented. Quite a bit of walking so be prepared. Quite an impressive stadium.

I am not rating this one star because the tour was bad. We actually got to see a lot of the parts of the stadium that were really interesting. However, I am rating this one star because the tour guide was condescending and rude. My tour guide was Trina. She kept prefacing her tour information with “I’m not going to talk more about this or that, because you guys are not sports fans”. She said this phrase about 15-20 times throughout the tour. We were shocked that she just kept repeating it and it was honestly very patronizing. And keep in mind, we already told her that we were big football fans at the beginning of the tour, we just weren’t seahawks fans/ from the area which then she replied “then why are you here?”. Trina continued to assume that we were not sports/ football fans. She basically acted like we knew nothing of the sport/ history of the team. She also kept overly complaining that the tour schedule and plan had changed up on her last minute. We didnt really care about that and said it was fine, but she kept complaining about it anyways and it felt like she hated her job. I would recommend the tour, but not the tour guide.

Wonderful tour that allowed us to enter the conference/interview room, analyst room, suites, and much more. Sadly, we could not enter some of the areas due to the RV showcase next door and near Lumen field. Hopefully, next time, I definitely will be back.

It was a really good experience being able to see and go inside the behind the scenes of what goes on in the stadium but DONT go if you’re not a die hard fan is what I got and kept being reminded of from ohr tour guide. She kept reminding us and saying things like oh wait you wouldn’t know what that is or asking why were even there. Other than the rude tour guide it was good

This tour was a great option on a cold Seattle day. It was interesting to see the inner workings of the stadium, and tour the places most people aren't allowed on game day. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining, even keeping our teenagers engaged. Highlights included the flag-raising platform, the press box, and walking through the tunnel onto the field. A few things to note: - the website says the tour is about an hour and 15 minutes long, but ours lasted over two hours. - there are restrooms available once inside; the public restroom next to the pro shop was in horrible condition. - We went on a Friday on a game-day weekend and the locker rooms were being set up, so we didn't get to see the visitor's locker room.

Going into it we didnt expect too much and figured it would be a quick tour but boy were we wrong! It was a pretty indepth tour with a great tour guide! It was my family's favorite part of our whole trip!! Highly recommend!!

The tour was GREAT!! David, our tour guide, made the tour fun & educational. Especially getting to go up to the Fan Deck & have picture with 12 FLAG. David is a true HAWKS fan! I've already recommended the tour to friends.

Great tour of the whole facility with Dave as our guide. Very knowledgable and personable. Would recommend to any sports fan.

$18 on Ticketmaster, and you get to see pretty much everything in the stadium... The only disappointment was they don't show you the home changing rooms, because the players leave their stuff in there! Highly recommended...

We surprised a sport-loving visiting relative with the tour of Lumen Field. We had a great guide who wanted to be sure we had the full experience. His knowledge of the stadium and history of the neighborhood was excellent. The tour was beyond our expectations.

Fan Deck was the highlight, but no locker room access (home or even away), didn’t go to the club level and stayed in the SW corner of the stadium the whole time. Wouldn’t do it again.

The tour was an excellent opportunity to see around the stadium during off season. Got to see a lot of areas the normal fan may not get to see or if you are not lucky enough to have tickets to certain sections. Only shame and it’s minor, was not getting to see visiting locker area to make it that but more special and perhaps out onto the field but it was explained to us that the field was in preparation stage for soccer
