About

Undoubtedly one of the most beloved and successful international artists of today, Mexican performer Luis Miguel has been thrilling fans since 1990 with his exceptional live performances and top selling albums. He made musical history by being the only Latin American performer to have two platinum albums in the US (Romance and Segundo Romance)--both comprised of beautifully performed, sentimental South American love songs. Miguel is also the winner of three GRAMMY Awards and has, to date, 34 platinum records throughout South and Central America.

    Good, but…

by Diana P on 5/21/24State Farm Arena - Atlanta

The show was overall good, the mariachi part was very short, he was not singing fully the songs and his interaction with the audience was very limited.

Too much money for too short of a concert.

by Alice on 5/21/24State Farm Arena - Atlanta

There was a list of songs that he was supposed to sing but he just sang a bit of most of them. He also had the public singing most of the time. I came to hear him singing not the audience. The entire concert lasted less than one and a half hour.

    Very disappointed

by Marce on 5/21/24State Farm Arena - Atlanta

I like to start sharing that the best concert I attended ever was Luis Miguel tour on 2019. I understand he is taking care of his voice with such a long tour and several concerts back to back, but it was very disappointing trying to listen to him and he doing the less effort in every note and putting the microphone towards the audience for us to sing the “challenging” parts of every single song. He seems very robotic, just performing at the less minimum. I gave him two stars because at least he was very close to be on time at the begging of every concert, (he was 2 hours late in the 2019 concert and used to be seriously late on his concerts before this tour). Kind of the same tour of 2019, different order of the songs, instead of full songs he put together most of them, singing just parts; and just 2 songs with the mariachi. Beautiful tribute to Sinatra and Jackson you will be able to hear them sing but not Luis Miguel. He never spoke to the public, was like a mime just doing some movements complaining about the sound and microphone, but I been reading other reviews and it seems he does it in every concert, instead of fixing the problem, if it is a real one?!?! I feel he was just pretending to not give his best.

    Excellent music performance and visuals

by RalphATL on 5/21/24State Farm Arena - Atlanta

We went to the concert as a birthday and Mother’s Day for my wife. She is a fan of Luis and I decided to give it to her as a present. His performance was outstanding, and the visuals were excellent and garnered your attention. Luis and his cruise put on an excellent show for the money and there was a lot of excitement and Exuberance and good will among the crowd and the performers and the stage personnel. Regarding the venue, it was comfortable on the inside, and of course, the usual costly food and drink. The only part I was a little disappointed on was the seating seemed a bit cheap for what I paid to be able to sit on the floor level.

    Very disappointed.

    by Bianka on 5/20/24

First and last time. Very disappointed. Not worth it! He just didn’t care about the audience. Didn’t say a single word. No Empathy whatsoever.

    Best Show Ever!!!

    by CJ on 5/18/24

Long over due! I went to the show in Las Vegas in April/2024 and it was amazing!! Great energy and vocals!! Never disappoints. Cannot wait to see LM again in Sept! For those who criticize LM for not talking to the crowd, I'd rather hear him sing. You can clearly see how happy he is performing and giving it his all. I loved every min of the show!

    Too short to enjoy

by Rosy on 5/14/24Frost Bank Center - San Antonio

Luis Miguel was 45 minutes late, the concert started at 8:45 instead of 8:00 pm as was advertised, I have gone to other concerts and all the artists I have seen they greet the city where they are performing and they end the concert thanking the audience for being there, going to a concert is not cheap at all, depend on the place you buy the seat + parking + souvenir + food and drinks it can get really expensive. Hearing an artist greeting and closing with kindness is something the audience like to hear, Luis Miguel didn’t greet nor close with a thank you at least. I’ve heard that Luis Miguel do not talk to his public and I refused to believe it was true, so to experience it on person is very disappointing 😢 Luis Miguel is been giving concerts for the last 18 months and he still 6 more months to complete his tour 2023-2024. It is understandable that he has to save his voice but, people like me paid to see him sing the way he has always sing, instead of singing he was more like speaking the songs or just simply murmuring words of the songs. I was looking forward to hear him singing with Mariachis because he sounds amazing singing with Mariachis but, the Mariachis played 2 songs and Luis Miguel just sang 2 songs with Mariachis and that is not acceptable at all, he owes me 6 songs with Mariachis, Mexico en la Piel El viajero Mi ciudad La fiesta del Mariachi Also he kept correcting the people who was controlling the sounds and the instruments players, to me it looked more to a rehearsal than a concert because he did that the entire concert. I love Luis Miguel but it was really disappointing 😢 I expected more than what he delivered, I went to “Mis Romances” tour concert back on 2002 and he was amazing, I loved it and I thought it was going to be something like back on 2002 and. I was wrong 😢 After going to this concert I do not know if I will go to another of his concerts again on my lifetime 😢💔

    Radio

by Adri on 5/14/24Frost Bank Center - San Antonio

The show was Great but never once did he acknowledge the city , not even ever spoke into the microphone. It felt like I was in a theater with thousand of other people with the radio on☹️. This just made me feel like he didn’t connect with the audience.

    Best night of my life!

by Laura on 5/14/24Frost Bank Center - San Antonio

I have waited 40 years to see Luis Miguel in concert. This concert could not have been any more magical for me. The seats were amazing, the show was spectacular and everyone working the venue was so helpful. I went with my 84 year old father and he also had the time of his life.

    Great performance!

by Loslimones03 on 5/14/24Frost Bank Center - San Antonio

When we walked in to the stadium we were told to grab a wrist strap and pull the tab off as soon as the show begins. It is one of the BEST PERFORMANCES I have seen in a very long time! The whole arena was twinkling & changing colors in sync with the music ! Luis Miguel DID NOT DISAPPOINT! His voice is still AMAZING & his dance moves are on point! He left us wanting wheat more music because it was that phenomenal! I will definitely pay to see him again!

    The truth

by Jessica on 5/14/24Frost Bank Center - San Antonio

The frost bank center is a great venue. Great seats and that staff is superior. But I would never pay tickets to go see Luis Miguel. His performance was great but he wasn’t at all interested in the audience. It seemed like I had seen a robot perform. I could easily tell that he performs for money and not for the art. Never again. He didn’t even say thank you at the end.
