About

The world could use more straight shooters. You won't ever have to wonder about what LP is thinking. She'll gladly tell you.

In fact, the singer-songwriter lays all of her cards on the table every time she makes a record. No filter, no censorship, and no bullshit. The artist's latest full-length released late 2018—the aptly titled Heart To Mouth —stands out as her most direct statement yet, launching various hits around the world, the most recent, Girls Go Wild crowned the most played song at radio in Italy in 2019.

She started to pave the way for that highway on 2017's Lost On You. The title track "Lost On You," has eclipsed well over 500 million streams and went platinum in Russia, Poland, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, France, and more and recently went Diamond in Mexico. She's been hailed by Billboard, Paper, Out Magazine, V Magazine, Interview, British Vogue, recently claiming the cover of Elle Mag Mexico, on top of show-stopping performances everywhere from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden to Conan and Jools Holland, she graced the stage at Coachella, Osheaga, Outside Lands, and many others. 2020 will bring new music from LP and global touring throughout the year.

    Great Performance

by M. d. on 2/18/19The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - Philadelphia

LP gives a GREAT performance... she works the crowd like a real rockstar! Her movements, the lighting, the way she struts, etc. are all perfect. The band is ON POINT! This adds to the quality for sure. My slight complaint (not a knock on LP at all) is that she plays mostly the harder, more rock-heavy songs. I LOVE her ballads and was hoping to see more of those performed. Also, the crowd is kinda young (again, not LPs' fault) and, because of this, there are times when you can't see LP over the sea of smart phones, or can't hear LP over the terrible singing of a sea of millenial white girls. Absolutely not LP's fault, but it's worth noting as an overall experience. All of that said, I'd see her again in a heartbeat!

    LP at the Fillmore

by Maria T on 2/18/19The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - Philadelphia

What a phenomenal experience! LP is a force and didn't disappoint. We were able to upgrade before the show started and, not only got seats with great views (instead of standing/general admission), but had the freedom to go upstairs where we were able to see LP close-up. She was amazing and the venue was fabulous!

A magical and heart warming experience

by TheFSM on 2/18/19The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - Philadelphia

LP is one of those few artists that can really sing beautifully live. Her start up act was Korey Dane, who did a brilliant job of making the audience want to adopt him and take him home for a good meal. His voice is so soft and buttery that listening to him perform you were actually entranced, not just wishing. he would hurry up so we could get to the main event. That is truly impressive as I have never felt that way warching an act I didn't know. The time it took to prep for LP after the start uo was over was just far, far too long. Just one guy set everything up, from tuning all the instruments to laying out towels and sticking down set lists. The audience was patient, but it killed the mood a bit and a few more hands could have improved it. The moment finally arrived - LP and her heartbreakingly lovely voice. She was perfect as ever and I truly enjoyed watching my two guests who did not know her songs watch enthralled by her talent. My only tiny issue was that the backing instruments were all too loud, but this may just be the price you pay for front row center, with the songer so close I guess the sound waves pass above your head. I could tell from recordings made by people further back that it sounded better further back so if you are coming for the full experience, stand at least 5 rows back. The audirnce experience is almost as good as the act. The room is filled with such good feeling, such warmth. Everyone was friendly and nice before the show, nobody pushed forwards to get a better view... just a happy crowd experiencing the voice of an angel. There was even a proposal on the stage which probably happens quite often, but LP seemed delighted for the couple and signed her harmonica as a memento for them. I brought my bi daughter and her gay friend and both teenagers were inspired by seeing so many happy women around them living confidently with their identity. If you get the chance to see LP perform, don't think twice. She should cost 5 times the price, it is a crime that so many lesser artists are earning so much more. Even if you don't know her music, I promise you her performance is worth experiencing.

by Kaity on 2/18/19The Fillmore Philadelphia presented by Cricket Wireless - Philadelphia

My girlfriend and I were front row, center stage. LP winked at me and honestly my soul left my body. It was such an amazing show and a wonderful experience. The venue was wonderful and I would go back again if I could. Thank you ticket master! I will remember this concert for the rest of my life.

    LP was magnificent!!!

by CareBearVII on 3/14/18The Underground - Charlotte

LP put on a spectacular show. The venue was alright, reasonably well lit, comfortable temperature, alcohol was as always overpriced, the "VIP' Elevate Lounge does not have a bar it's just couches for lounging and some tables/chairs you can't sit at so it doesn't seem worth the extra money unless you just like being able to go places other people can't. I was most impressed with the sound, clean and loud without blowing my eardrums, I would go again sans the VIP upgrade.

    The Very Best

by PARaisedUp on 3/13/18Center Stage Theater - Atlanta

I have attended a ton of concerts in my concert living life - I mean A TON. Without a doubt, this was the very best I have ever seen. Coldplay, Cheney, Stapleton, Dolly, Elton, Cher, McGraw, the Stones, and on and on - all good. But this artist, in this venue, was a once in a lifetime experience. She is by far my favorite living artist and I would see her every and any time I possibly could. That voice, those lyrics, the music - just pure genius and pure magic.

LP amazing as always - Lighting ruins show

by Jacket1256 on 3/13/18Center Stage Theater - Atlanta

LP knocked it out of the park with her amazing vocals as always. However the lighting during the show was horrendous and honestly ruined it for us. Literally spotlights that kept flashing and blinding us. I am all for a fun energetic show but this was seriously awful. Literally ruined the show and left us with headaches. If you scanned the crowd they were all turning their heads away every couple minutes as these lights came blaring on. LP you rock and I love you but please hire a new lighting person or tone them down so we can actually look at you while you perform. I spent an entire song looking away the spotlight was so incredibly bright.

She sounded better live then her studio album. With a voice like that, that’s saying a lot! She deserves all the Grammy’s!
