I’ve seen them twice now and if they hadn’t already been my favorite band beforehand then they would be after. Incredible performance, incredible music, incredible everything. I will forever treasure getting the opportunity to see them live.

  • A Life Changing Show

by Megan on 6/7/23Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Lovejoy put on an amazing show as expected! The guys are total rockstars and I was lucky enough to get center barricade, meaning I could see the entire show up close. TLA is always a great venue, of course. They blast the AC, which is great during the hot Philly summers, and security made sure to pass out waters before Lovejoy’s set. Lovejoy’s fanbase is very dedicated, to say the least, but security worked with us to create a safe and functional environment the entire day. Such a great experience that wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who helped out, from the artists and their teams to the TLA staff.

  • AWESOME!!!

by Madi B on 6/6/23Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

The two opening acts were great and Lovejoy was amazing! I had such a great time! I would definitely go see them again!

  • A strange time

by nati on 6/6/23Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 3 out of 5

It was very strange having the audience be so young with so many parents around. The parents were very obviously not into the music. Also the audience was being very strange. They were very obviously young and immature not necessarily in a bad way but like creating chants that don’t really have much to do with the band. It felt the crowd didn’t want to have fun and would rather be on their phones then be in the moment. That being said I still had a good time and the band itself was amazing and I would see again for the chance to view them in the right kind of crowd.

  • Amazing performance but super cramped

by Lindsey on 6/6/23Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 4 out of 5

Now I have been absolutely obsessed with Lovejoy before the band was pulled together.. 2 years ago I found Wilburs music and loved it from the beginning.. I followed the bands instagram page as soon as it was posted and the page had no posts.. Now I loved the concert but a suggestion is if you are using such a small room to not over book it as much.. I was in the back left corner close to the entrance and we were crammed making girls around me throw up and pass out.. Because it was so crammed security didn’t see the people going down so please just get a bigger room or dont over book. Other than that I so am going to another Lovejoy concert when they decide to arrive to Philly next!

  • A completely SURREAL experience, it was so much fun 🫶🏽

    by T. L. on 6/4/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The band was such a vibe. The energy was so fun and positive! I loved the people I met there and I loved the songs that were played ! The band was so playful and cool! The songs were FIRE, they provided waters and stuff and all and all it was just great, 10/10 would go again!

  • boston, MA

    by N. J. on 6/3/23Rating: 5 out of 5

the band bought everyone who waited in line waters and donuts (some of us were there since 4:30am) which was so so sweet since i know a lot of us were dehydrated (i definitely was), and lovejoy is the first band ive ever seen take care of their dedicated fans in the way they did. once inside, the show was an absolute banger and the opening acts were SO GOOD!! ive already followed them on spotify and have added their songs to my playlists. 10/10 opener picks for sure. cant wait to see lovejoy live again :)

  • Amazing stuff

by its-a-me on 6/2/23The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great first concert experience for me and friends! Had a great time, amazing music and amazing opening bands as well! Only constructive feedback would be to turn the volume up for the singers! The band often outplayed them. Otherwise, I really loved the show and I’m glad I came.

  • Great show!

by Papaya on 6/2/23The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I was one of the Mom's at the show but I can honestly say I loved the energy. The interaction between ALL of the bands and the audience was engaging, exciting and energetic. The music was really, really good. If you were not a fan going in you certainly left as one.
