by Icewalker on 12/24/11Lafayette Cajundome - LafayetteFrom the moment you are greeted at the entrance by smiling Icegator staff and cheerleaders selling programs, until you leave three periods later, the event is fan-focused and geared towards all ages having a great time. Multiple prizes are given out during the game, including some won by catching falling ping pong balls from an unpredictable blimp overhead. Camera shots of fans are displayed on the Big Screen. Our favorite was the "Kissing Couples" shots where fan applause rates couples kisses on the big screen. Oh, and there was also a pro-style hockey game full of body checks and fast skating...and fights. What a fantastic night in the dome!

We had great seats right in the action. The game was entertaining and the atmosphere was upbeat! My husband and I had an awesome time!
