    Awesomw Hit Show!

by The Musick Man on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

This concert was far better to see than the current Foreigner band, that is nothing but a tribute band. Lou Gramm IS Foreigner! Every song in the show was a hit song, ALL of which originally sang and collaborated in writing! I would see Lou again, even though Foreigner is playing this summer in our are.

    A great gig!

by Willybobb on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

Attended the Lou Gramm concert and VIP sound check in Akron Ohio on Saturday April 20. Lou and his all star band were outstanding and put on a wonderful show playing all the hits we know and love. My only blimp on the radar was Lou’s tour manager as we attended the VIP sound check in the lobby after the set. He was rushing everyone and getting aggressively loud with the patrons who payed extra for a worthy cause.(Carson Strong). I’m not sure of Lou’s timeline with the afternoon so I’m saying this with all due respect, but I thought the manager could have shown a little more patience with the fans who payed extra to see the sound check. Once again, Lou was accommodating to everyone, it was just his manager that could have shown a little more respect and patience with the “paying” customers. Other than that, great gig Lou and the band!

    Lou Gramm the man

by Fasig on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

Great show in a great venue. Played nearly all the hits (except Dirty White Boy). Not a bad seat in the house. A little loud at times but overall well worth the price of admission.

    Night out with Lou

by Diana B on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

Had a wonderful night listening to Lou Gramm and his amazing band. Would highly recommend catching his show. Went to see Foreigner last summer. Paid top dollar for what turned out to be a disappointing cover band - Mick Jones wasn't even there. They even sold "Foreigner"autographed merchandise from the cover band - not cool! Lou was the real deal. He even stayed after the show to autograph his merchandise. He stayed until the last person was greeted. That's a true "HERO"to fans.

    Fun "Early Bird"Concert

by G- Money on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

We were looking forward to see Lou Gramm for a while after seeing Foreigner the last couple of times without him. The show was fun... started promptly at 7 and ended around 830 with Mr. Gramm playing nearly all of his great Foreigner hits and only one of his solo hits- Midnight Blue. It was a fun concert, Lou can't hit all the notes he used to, but did his best and kept it entertaining with some nice story telling. He is a performer, but time has taken its toll on his energy and performance ability. That said, I'd still go again if I had the chance. It was funny, as the concert was done and it was still almost light out.

    Great show!

I was ecstatic that Lou was touring again! Foreigner is my most favorite band ever! Great show, great venue, Lou still has a great voice!

Glad the ticket money went to a good cause

by Jon M on 4/23/24Goodyear Theater - Akron

I have seen countless "legacy acts"over the past 10-15 years. Some great, some where the artist just should have left well enough alone. Lou has had an outstanding career and his vocal recordings will live on...but despite the band being spot on and sounding great, he could neither keep in time or stay on pitch. Best of luck to him and maybe it was just a bad night...I know if one can't hear monitors, it can make for a long night; let's hope that was the case. I left after about 20 minutes.

    Audio issues

by BW on 3/17/24Kodak Center - Rochester

Lou and the Allstars were great! Lou still brings it at 73! BUT the Kodak theaters audio was not up to par. Alot of buzzing during the show and while people were talking.

    Tour Title was Very Spot-on

by Old Sarge on 3/13/24Kodak Center - Rochester

Lou named this his "One Last Look"Tour. He's still got energy, but the years are showing. Several high notes on the records he could no longer even attempt. Opening act was great, didn't catch their name. Their sound mixing was clearer than Lou's, at least for the balcony folks. Nice to see a sell-out to support a local hometown star! Venue staff kept crowd moving very efficiently so no long delays due to large crowd.

    Terrible

by Mike on 3/13/24Kodak Center - Rochester

Lou should not be performing live anymore, period. As brilliant as he was, he is a mere shell of himself performing live and for those of us that paid to see him perform, it was a travesty. If I could have picked zero for the rating, I would have - very sad.
