Logic on Tour

The performances of Maryland-bred motormouth MC Logic are the stuff of legend. He's been known to solve a Rubik's Cube while rapping. He's been known to bring fans on stage to rap along. He's been known to spit the lightning-fast verse immortalized on "100 Miles and Running" at ridiculous speeds. And, of course, he performs hits like "1-800-273-8255," "Homicide," "44 More" and "Everyday." Logic manager Chris Zarou turned the MC from freestyling YouTube hopeful to nationally touring artist by the time of his headlining spot on the 2012 Visionary Music Group Tour. He's done multiple treks since, including support on Kid Cudi's The Cud Life tour in 2013, co-headlining with G-Eazy on The Endless Summer tour in 2016 and traveling on his own headlining jaunts.

Logic in Concert

Logic combines technical lyricism and deeply personal storytelling, spinning his life story and formidable skills into a platinum sensation. The artist born Sir Robert Bryson Hall II threads the details of his upbringing into evocative and moving songs: He draws from growing up in poverty in Gaithersburg, Maryland, having parents who've succumbed to substance abuse, having siblings involved in street life and dealing with his own struggles with mental health. Initially falling in love with rap through Wu-Tang Clan and The Roots, Logic began performing and recording as Psychological in 2009. Building independent momentum through touring, mixtapes and an appearance on the 2013 XXL Freshman List, Logic signed to estimable hip-hop label Def Jam for his 2014 debut, Under Pressure, which debuted at No. 4 on Billboard. His third LP, Everybody, featured guests ranging from Killer Mike to Chuck D to Neil deGrasse Tyson. His 2017 single "1-800-273-8255," an anthem promoting the National Suicide Prevention Hotline, was a smash, earning Logic a Grammy nomination for Song of the Year. His fifth album, 2019's Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, debuted at No. 1.

The worst I’ve ever been to

    by Sherry on 7/1/23

I paid to see logic not a high school variety show. Venue was great and the only good thing because it’s new. But juice c (opening act) trashed it by encouraging everyone to start smoking in a closed auditorium so people in front of my row started rolling actual blunts and made the visual and air toxic. He also reminded me of travis Scott (not in a good way) as he proceeded to make the crowd do mosh pit. Logic made the guest and audience sing for him most of the time while playing his own record at a live concert which he then declared that he’s now an mc and not a singer/rapper. The whole set was very unprofessionally made and very immature as I could see staff walking running behind the set the entire time. Don’t buy any merch bc he will give them all away for free during the show as he can’t sell them.

    Juicy J stole the show

    by SSS on 7/1/23

Crowd was turned down but Juicy J stole the show. Weird couldn’t pick seats and ended up partially behind plexiglass blocking view. Parking lot had no exits had to move barriers to get out.

    In the Pit

    by Brianna Aratin on 6/30/23

I’ve never been so close in a concert. My favorite was the No pressure Bobby Tarantino tour. This one was a different experience. My husband has been a fan since 2010ish and the concert always falls in his birthday month. We brought a poster in and it got confiscated. I jumped my heart out trying to get his attention and all I got was security attention. Oops! Maybe one day we will meet him for an autograph.

    Good and a little much

    by Jaybird on 6/29/23

The concert was amazing, love Logic! And I LOVE how secure the WAMU is…. That being said… security took it too far and honestly I don’t want to go to any more shows there after this experience. Let me explain. I was towards the front of the crowd, taking a flash free video like everyone else, when a huge security guard rushed my face with a strobe light…. I wasn’t pushing anyone, I wasn’t doing anything and before I could react he was gone. I stood there for a second because I’m sensitive to strobe light, and after I balanced myself I wanted to leave. That was completely unnecessary and frankly super rude. I’m a fairly small female and I was there alone. Second issue began after the concert and I was followed by 2 men that quite obviously had an agenda when it came to me. Trust me I’m not paranoid, these 2 were pretending to stop and talk when I turned around to check my 6. I called a friend and managed to get away from them. The safety in that area for a single female is nonexistent… Long story short- I get that the wamu is a big venue with big names performing, and I appreciate how thorough they are when letting ppl in, that makes me feel safe coming there. But letting security take it too far by overusing their power for no good reason makes me never want to return and is why I have many friends who won’t go there at all.

Logic was great but venue needs work on crowd treatment

by Drummerguy1327 on 6/28/23The Masonic - San Francisco

The show was fantastic except for the woman who continually would come yell at people not to crowd the aisles so this one’s for you live nation: if you need to send ushers to yell at people to move out of the aisles when there is absolutely zero space and we are packed in like sardines, maybe don’t oversell the show so that won’t be an issue that you are actually creating for the people in attendance.

    A Positively, Dope Experience!

by Brittany G. on 6/28/23The Masonic - San Francisco

The whole show was hype as hell! The opening artists did their thing and kept the crowd rocking. Logic is my #1 fav rapper, and this was my first time seeing him, live! I love how he interacts with the fans. I’m hoping he does an anniversary tour for the “Under Pressure” album. He went through his album catalog at the show, and when he performed songs from that album, I lost my ish!

It was great to see Logic. The fans were loving him and so many people knew all of his lyrics. And he invited one to the stage where they performed together.

by Jo on 6/27/23Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

Genuinely such a great show with such great energy throughout the whole night! Everyone really brought the love and good vibes out for Logic. First time seeing him since he's come back from retirement, and it was just as good, if not even better than past shows! If you get the chance to go to a show here, do it!

    Room for Improvement

by AG on 6/27/23WAMU Theater - Seattle

Logic/Bobby Boy threatened to cut the show short multiple times because the crowd wasn't loud enough or in his opinion wasn't enjoying the show. We paid to watch him perform, not visa versa and threatening to quit and walk out isn't a good motivator.

    Amazing Performer, Terrible Venue

by Anna Reyes on 6/26/23South Side Ballroom - Dallas

South Side Ballroom was a bust. The venue was overbooked, had to pause the show a few times to help some folks who needed medical attention. The stage was like 2 feet tall so I quite literally stared at the back of someone's t-shirt for the entirety of the concert. Really bummed because I am a huge Logic fan. He gave an amazing performance, but this venue did not make for a great experience. Still love you though, Logic ❤️
