Lizzy - Amazing, Parking - NO

    by m on 5/1/239:30 CLUB - Washington

Lizzy is always wonderful and is one of my favorites. This review has NOTHING to do with her. Anyway, love Lizzy, hence why i was so excited to see her that i bought tickets as SOON as they went on pre-sale for the closest show to me…. 3.5 hours away. No biggy! I paid for 9:30 Club parking up front so i wouldn’t have to worry about walking far in a strange city or fighting traffic or crowds. I was so incredibly wrong. The traffic was wrapped around the parking area - and down all surrounding streets. the signs were unclear and even facing parallel to the road in some places. You couldn’t even see it until you passed it. We tried for over an hour to find this lot - like 10 almost car accidents later because people were absolutely insane (going against the flow of traffic, doing 10 point turns in a two lane road to turn around in the middle of traffic, STOPPING in the MIDDLE of the road for NO reason with hazards on boxing people in with no shame), we gave up. It was a NIGHTMARE. We drove the 3.5 hours home because there was no way to get to where we needed to go- and there was NO way i was about to fight that at night in the dark while everyone was trying to leave the place. I was so upset - i have travelled to many cities for concerts. Dare i say big venues in new york, detroit, and philidelphia were a piece of cake compared to this. I will NEVER go to a 9:30 club event again…. unless they figure out the nightmare of a parking location and set up they have. they need clear directions, signage, and traffic directors…. and probably some police!!!

    Super Short Concert

    by k13245 on 5/1/239:30 CLUB - Washington

Love Lizzy so much but was very disappointed by the length of the concert. I think in total it was less than an hour in length and started very early for a Friday night concert. Concert was done with no encore by 8:30pm. Lizzy sounded great - no hate to her whatsoever - was just sad at how quick the concert was for the price and location.

A fun night with talented performers

by Joe on 9/26/22Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

Lizzy played a crisp, 70-minute set to an adoring, sold out crowd that sang along to every song, except the new, unreleased ones. She and her two backing musicians hit their notes and were musically tight. It's amazing how much poise Lizzy has commanding the stage at this very early stage in her career. As an aside, despite this being a hometown show, she didn't once mention being a local and among friends and family. She didn't need to pander at all, and she had the audience eating out of her hand. TLA has great sightlines and great sound -- you can hear the bass and treble as you should, and the words too (if there aren't 999 neighbors singing next to you). It's my favorite venue in town to see a rock show.

    Lizzy and Carol were phenomenal

by Ellie on 9/18/22The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

Carol was the opener and she was the sweetest girl ever. Her songs were amazing and I will definitely be listening. Lizzy was great and I am so happy I got the opportunity to see her live.

    by Ryleigh J on 3/7/22

Lizzy is a wonderful performer and I loved every second of her set!! It was so cool to see her singing live after listening to her music forever! I loved the minimalistic acoustic versions of her song with her guitar, it was so cool how intimate and real it was!! I def wanna see her again asap 💕💕
