About

+LIVE+ have sold over 23 million albums worldwide and earned two number one albums: Throwing Copper and Secret Samadhi. Their catalog is filled with such gems as "Lightning Crashes," "I Alone," "All Over You" and "Lakini's Juice," which live on today as classics on rock radio. Throwing Copper--which the band celebrated in 2019 with a deluxe 25th anniversary edition along with a global tour across major festivals, amphitheaters and arenas--produced the band's biggest single, "Lightning Crashes," which was #1 at Modern Rock radio for ten consecutive weeks.

Throwing Copper reached #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and eventually surpassed sales of 10 million albums sold, with Rolling Stone honoring the album with placement on their list, "1994: The 40 Best Records From Mainstream Alternative's Greatest Year." Secret Samadhi (1997) immediately shot to #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and eventually went double platinum. The release of the platinum-selling The Distance to Here (1999) turned +LIVE+ into an international powerhouse and moved the band from arenas into stadiums. +LIVE+ has been and remains today a global concert juggernaut.

  • Good show...wish I didn't wait 25 years

by Ira Thor on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 4 out of 5

Good show...Bush and LIVE were both outstanding...we sat in section 403...while not covered as advertised, it was a beautiful night and we were dead smack center looking at the stage which was a plus. $17 for a craft beer is ridiculous. I felt obligated to pay for it since I had already asked for one but the signage did not indicate $17. I should have walked away.

  • Cover songs!

    by S. A. on 6/18/19Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Live is awesome but confused why they played cover songs when they’re music is great didn’t go to see REM .was there for live.

  • Like the 90s again

by JE on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 5 out of 5

All 3 acts were fantastic. Each band has a lead singer with a distinctive voice and even 20-30+ years later, each singer sounds the same (they look it too! Do these guys not age??). OLPs set is super short, but filled with all their radio hits to remind people who they are. Bush and Live both had great sets. It's NOT "Sixteen Stone" and "Throwing Copper" in their entirety as some people may have thought. However, they do play many songs from each of those albums. Both sets were honestly like a "Best of" and they were awesome. I highly recommend attending this show if it comes to your area if you're a fan of any of these bands.

  • Wow. Energetic and Passionate

by Ronbo on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 5 out of 5

From the moment Our Lady Peace invited everyone in. Through the energetic and passionate performance of Bush (brought us back to 94') to I cannot be outdone energetic performance of Live. We were in awe the whole way captivated in their spell. Did Gavin really reach out and touch the strings of the audience. Fantastic Show and one for the ages.

  • Amazing night

by Denise on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a huge +LiVE+ fan since 1992 and have seen them 30+ times and this was a great show. The setlist was awesome, its been so many years since I've heard some of those songs live, it was a good mix of popular hits and deeper cuts. They have amazing energy. Bush was great too and really connected with the crowd. I missed OLP. What a great night!

Better than expected. 2 of my favorite 90s bands I always wanted to see. Both still have the same energy and passion for their music. It was amazing!

  • Wish OLP had more time

by E. on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 4 out of 5

Concert literally started on time and OLP (the one band I really wanted to see) only played for half an hour. I was so bummed! Also went for BUSH, who still sounds and looks amazing like he did 20years ago when I first saw them in concert! Left before Live came on because i’m not a fan!

  • Beautiful night, favorite bands

by J.StoneStrehl on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 4 out of 5

The new grass on the lawn of PNC Arts Center is beautiful and that was topped with a gorgeous night under the stars! The PNC chairs are old and about to fall apart, but we made the most of it. PNC venue is best and my family enjoys attending shows at this venue. The music was good. Bush was electrifying as always and we enjoyed them very much, but not as much as last years concert (2018). LIVE+ was who I wanted to see and they fell just short of my expectations. They had a great song lineup but it just wasn't as exciting as I had hoped it would be. Maybe I set my expectations too high and wanted them to sound like they did 25 years ago when I saw them. I still really enjoyed myself and LOVE both Bush & LIVE music.

  • Live is Superb

  • Don’t want to come back down from this cloud

by JLStein on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 5 out of 5

Gavin Rossdale and Bush never fail to give 150% (if not more). The energy is palpable and the experience memorable...days later and I’m still watching the videos on my phone. 1st time seeing LIVE-what a treat! Ed kowalczyk is an awesome front man—loved their cover of “fade to black”, one of my fave Stones songs. Both leads got friendly with the crowds; Gavin running all the way up to the lawn and Ed perching on seats to sing with us. In case you couldn’t tell-I LOVED IT!

  • We thought Bush was the headliner not Live

by Sheryl Q on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 4 out of 5

We were under the impression that Bush was the headlining act, not Live. We didn't even know Live was playing with them until after we bought tix, then we thought they were opening for Bush. Then I got an email with the line up the day before the show. We were disappointed to find this out. Live is good but we just aren't fans. We do love Bush & would have spent less on seats had we known they were only going to be playing for 45 mins. We don't know the less popular songs from Live, so we left after a few songs. Normally it's clear who's the opening act, this time it wasn't. I'd have liked to have known 1st. Bush was great! OLP was too

  • Excellent

Great night great performances and always a great venue at PNC. Bush was awesome!

  • Bush great, Live just eh

by JoeBoo on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 3 out of 5

Come on Live. 14 songs and 2 of them are covers? Play Operation Spirit, Pain lies on the Riverside.......anything but cover songs. They sounded great but was disappointed with the set list and wouldn’t even have gone had i seen it before I attended.

  • AMAZING

by michele k on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 5 out of 5

The performance by both LIVE & BUSH were amazing The venue was beautiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating Going back to see them when they come to Jones Beach

  • Bush killed it, Live not so much

by MidnightDad on 6/18/19PNC Bank Arts Center - HolmdelRating: 4 out of 5

Bush kicked ass. A world-class act with a string of hits. Gavin Rossdale is a true rock star who knows how to hold an audience's attention and delivery a stirring performance. Bush should have closed the show because they were better than Live. Live's setlist was odd and contained only a few hits. They started off strong, but then inexplicably played a slow ballad cover song. Poor song choices and uneven pacing made their show difficult to get into. The venue is dirty and crumbling and in need of a major renovation.
