    Premier parking

    by R. R. on 9/10/22Isleta Amphitheater - Albuquerque

Had to wait through general parking to get to premier. Better explanation on upper and lower premier parking. Had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get out of premier parking. No lanes dedicated. There really wasn’t any benefits

Prime Parking A Godsend for Mobility Challenged

by Sue on 9/10/22Saratoga Performing Arts Center - Saratoga Springs

We got there about 2 hours early and parked our car directly behind the handicapped section and it was a short walk to gate. It’s proximity to the entrance was again a godsend.

    Decent

by Mariana on 9/10/22The Observatory - Santa Ana

I am not sure that I actually received "premier parking" just because we had to walk a bit from our parking to the venue.

Entrance was peculiar but exit was awesome!

by A-A-Ron on 9/8/22Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland Heights

First off, let me say that I'll probably buy this again. At least for big shows (this was for Shinedown, and it was sold out or mostly sold out). The entrance for Premiere made no sense to me, as I had to wait in line with everyone else going to free parking. In fact, we apparently got there early enough that even the free parking was turning left into the eastern most lot. You drive all the way down towards the levee for Premiere, again free parkers still intermingling with this lane for some reason. Finally, they scan your barcode and point you to where you can generically just park where ever. So, that felt a bit tedious and I feel like Premiere folks could/should easily use the Rockstar entrance to the lot (I used that lane to exit). You could easily cut down on the people directing for Premiere on that far side and just let all Premiere enter the lot with Rockstar. Then... just divert Rockstar appropriately - 2-3 people in that section of the lot instead of the 6-7 I passed. Now, the exit is where I almost gave this 5 stars (the strange entry experience kept me to a 4). I had to be a bit assertive with my driving as I pulled out of my space and then merged in the eventual exit lane, but from the time I started my truck until the time I got onto 141 South, it was roughly 10 minutes! I kid you not!! I've sat for HOURS in the main free parking lot, just begging to leave. So, this was mind-boggling how easy and fast it was to leave. :)

    Poor Concert Management

by Bahnzai on 9/8/22RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater - Ridgefield

We generally go to concerts at the amphitheater as a group so as to not have to drive several cars to the venue. Usually I try to get the YES pass for car pools that allow us an easier exit after the concert. Either the venue has stopped the YES program, or curtailed it for this concert, and I decided to buy a Premier Parking Pass. All worked well as we drove into the venue, we were told to stay in the middle lane until reaching the Premier Parking area, which is all the way around to grounds to the back side. Unfortunately, concert management had closed off this side of the amphitheater due to low ticket sales and we had to walk all the way around the grounds till reaching an open entry gate. Same upon exit, we had to walk around the entire venue to reach our car. The only upside was that there was a easy exit lane.

    Amazing!

by Sheri on 9/8/22Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland Heights

This was my 5th time seeing Shinedown and it was the best show yet! They resonate positive energy and make you feel like part of their family. I can’t wait to see them again!

    Close parking

by D on 9/8/22Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland Heights

Worth the money for premier parking. We were only a short walk from the entrance. We actually parked right next to VIP parking.

This experience far exceeded my expectations. My grand babies are still talking about the concert. Thank you.

Premier Parking - Hollywood Amphitheatre, St. Louis, MO

by Gold People on 9/8/22Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland Heights

Being new to the Amphitheatre and after hearing it was a sold-out crowd, we decided to purchase the "Premier Parking" for a cost of $50. However, it was a total waste of money. Although we ended up in what was considered "Premier Parking", so did anyone else that wanted to park there. Nobody checked proof of purchase or scanned our parking pass. Nobody cares, park where you want...just like those that parked next to us that didn't pay the $50! Personally feel like we were scammed and would never pay for again. The only good thing about it was we were able to exit fairly quickly after the show.

Pacific Symphony at 5 Points in Irvine

by Dave G. on 9/8/22FivePoint Amphitheatre - Irvine

Beautiful night of classic music, will go again. Fireworks were awesome. One suggestion...there was an announcement before the start of the concert that no one will be allowed to go to their seat unless a break, this was not true, people were allowed to go to their seat and disturb others for the first half hour of the concert. If someone is late please do not let them go to their seat and disturb everyone, the ushers did not do their work holding people at the bottom of the stairs. If others are late then they should be told to wait at the bottom of the stairs until a break.

    Worst Event Parking Ever

by Bill on 9/7/22RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater - Ridgefield

So, we paid an additional $35 to park in the back where there is a gate close to the parking. Both my wife and have either had or having hip and knee replacement surgery so this is actually closer than the handicap parking which we have a place card for. We get back there to find the gate is not open and we have to walk all the way around to the front. Something neither of us are able to do. The parking people send go around to the handicap. So, we got in the car and went around. The handicap section was full so they said to go to the overflow, and they would let the people know we were coming. Because of traffic we weren't able to get there. So, we had to go park in the back again but a supervisor was able to get us through and mark our tickets by going through the Casino special section. If not for him, we don't know what we have done? They said we would be able to go back out that way at the end of the concert. Nope all the gates were locked but security let us through as no way we could have walked back to the front and then to the back on uneven ground which was an accident waiting to happen! I have never in all the year's see it like this and so unorganized! I believe everyone that paid for those tickets should be refunded the $35 because it was further than regular parking.

    Parking? Meh

by MrFabulousOne on 9/7/22FivePoint Amphitheatre - Irvine

It was easy to use the app with the parking pass in it. The difference between the more expensive parking and the usual parking is simply as would be expected, a little bit longer walk. The VIP parking allowed me to get to my car fast and leave before there was a jam at the exit.

    Worse yet

by Pissed off on 9/7/22RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater - Ridgefield

50 dollars for vip parking that wasnt there. One band i really wanted to see, no show!! Only to find out our lawn tickets were canceled due to lack of attendance. No update on the information, even the venue employees were clueless. Had to throw away blanket and no where to put our lawn chairs after being informed we couldnt use them. Had to leave them outside which were stolen before we could retrieve them. Not to mention the 45.00 i paid for 2 beers. All in all....it sucked

    Best Concert Yet!

by Amy B on 9/7/22Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland Heights

Venue was great, our seats were great! The workers were very helpful with finding our seats & keeping people where they were supposed to be, no seat hopping or sharing like other events I have been to. And of course the concert itself was amazing!!!!
