Getting in the lot was a breeze. Wonderful guidance and direction. Leaving was a free for all. Exiting the lot took almost 45 minutes with no one directing traffic so anything goes on the lot. Nearly hit by drunks trying to leave the event.
the VIP Parking was good to close but a horrible experience. Gates were to open at 3:30 they opened late then once they did there was not sense of urgency to get things rolling, Free parking went well and were parking great, The VIP Parking could not get it together. waiting on people to get there get the scanners , and didn't move or start getting parked until 15 minuets after the gates opened , once again gates ended opening 10mins late on top of that When you know you have things going on get it together.
My family and I had a great time it was a great concert.
buying premier parking ahead of time is a must... best parking area, easy to get in and out of. hardly waited in line at all. much better than general parking. worth every cent!
no long line. drove up scanned and directed. simple quick and easy. leaving wasn't hard either. traffic was politely directed to the streets.
Had no way of knowing which exit to take from the parking lot to get to where I was going. You could only go one way when leaving the lot and I had to go three miles out of my way before I could turn the way I wanted to.
The parking at this venue is very poorly done. It was so frustrating that we had to wait for so long to get into the venue grounds and then for so long to get into a lot. Please fix this so that we want to come back to future shows.
I paid for VIP parking and had to wait a long time to access the parking lot. I could see the general parking going really smooth. Did not understand whybit was set up that way.
Parking lot was only partially paved. The rest was road rock and it was very bumpy. uneven and had several large dips. I felt as though I was off-roading to get to a parking spot. The “surface” was also very difficult to walk across to get to the venue.
Time in. Time out greatly reduced. Just do it. We even had to walk back to car because couldn’t bring purse in. It was no big deal.
This is now the second time I purchased parking, both times the parking attendants had ZERO clue about preferred/premium parking and was directed to the regular parking lot. I explained and showed my upgraded parking to no avail. This recent Thursday, had asked the parking people 5x, explaining that I had upgraded my parking and was sent to the general lot. I went and found the preferred/premier parking and confirmed that was the area I paid for and when I went to move my car, I found the attendant and told him.. he just shrugged and said “I am doing what my boss told me” and just walked over. Two weeks ago, my friend purchased the $100 parking and didn’t realize we were sent to the wrong area. Just really unorganized and unapologetic, really need to get it together. Gonna pass on future events here as run by teenagers who have no idea about what is going on.
Concert could have been longer. Did not start till after 8
