Live Nation Fast Lane Tickets

great venue,, awesome bands, Drink prices are very high!!

Really like that the fast lane option exists and I would like to continue to see it going forward for more events. However, it just didn't end up being necessary for me to purchase. Arrived 30 minutes after doors opened (still 30 minutes before the show started) and there was hardly a line to bypass.

Didn’t even have to use them and even if I did they said you’d get in 5 minutes early waste of money!

There was no organization when it came to fast lane. The security guard told us we had to check in with VIP. VIP told us to go to security. It was extremely unorganized and there was no communication amongst team members

Arriving to the venue there were signs up to let us know where to go according to our tickets. After waiting at the gated entry for 15mins a guy came & rerouted everyone there saying they were understaffed & they couldnt open that gate. I had pre-purchased "skip the line" tickets but it was a waste of money because everyone was let in the building at the same time. Show was supposed to start at 7 it didnt start until around 830. Overall the concert was good but there are room for improvements as far as the time gaps in between performances.

The overall concert was great, no problems parking, all areas were clean. Staff and security personnel were polite and professional. However the fasttrack passes (four), that I purchased were useless and a waste of money. Upon arrival there were no clear sign of a fast track entrance. After contacting the closes security member, we displayed our fast track passes. This gentleman simply moved a gated barrier, allowing our group to enter an area with at least a 1000 concert goers. We then waited with the masses for another 40 minutes. We did complain to whoever we thought would listen, no one no one insecurity or ticket area seem to care or even have a solution. I feel that live Nation has let me down and my three guests. I will never purchase fast track passes again until this problem is resolved.

When I arrived they closed the fast lane and made me go through general. Pretty much pointless in purchasing the fast lane since I didn’t get to use it.

I would give this 0 stars if i could. There was no fast lane, and it wasn't necessary. I even asked about the fast lane when we arrived and they had no idea what i was talking about. This is obviously a money grab by ticket master.

I didn't even need to use the Fast Lane. There was no crowd,

The event did not even have a fast lane entry. This was just a way for live nation to get an extra 20$ out of us
