Still a really great band!
by JD73 on 10/23/24Rating: 5 out of 5Really enjoyed seeing Little Feat again. Obviously they've lost a few key members over the decades. But Bill, Kenny, Sam, Fred along with newer additions Tony and Scott show that the band still has some gas left in the tank. They played everything I wanted to hear. I thought they were tight and sounded great. Sam had to sit the show out because he just had surgery. But with the Hot Tomato Horns as an addition, they put on a show that Sam would be proud of. Opener was Duane Betts and Palmetto Motel. He was really good. Looks and sounds a lot like his Allman Bros. father Dickey. Looking at other reviews as I was scrolling through the past few years of Feat stuff, it's funny how some reviewers just want everything to sound like the record, and they don't want people getting up and dancing. Uh, hello! It's a live concert, you're not at home watching The Golden Girls. Stay home and listen to your records if that's what you want. Go see Little Feat while you can! Still a treasure.
