Lil Wayne in Concert
With four Grammys and eight consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard Rap Albums chart, the luster of Lil Wayne’s accomplishments as a rapper rivals the bling of his signature gold chains and grill. With the release of 2013’s I Am Not a Human Being II, Wayne landed four more singles on the Billboard Hot 100, edging out Elvis Presley to became the male with the most entries on the chart – a whopping 109 in total. Singles like “Love Me” and “No Worries” featured his characteristic use of Auto-Tune to create a highly melodic hybrid of rap and R&B, propelling the album to a No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. After becoming the youngest member on Cash Money Records’ roster when he joined the imprint at age nine, Wayne rose to fame with his group Hot Boys before achieving success as a solo artist. His instantly recognizable sound has been honed over 11 studio albums and made famous by hits like “Lollipop”, “How to Love”, and “She Will”. On the road with 2 Chainz in 2013 for the America’s Most Wanted Tour, Wayne treated ticket buyers to his hit-filled live concert, serving it all up with a hearty side of swagger.
First hip-hop concert I've ever been to. The performances were pretty good for hip-hop stars, especially Lil Wayne's and Soulja Boy's. Any fans of them should go to one of their concerts at least once.
I loved the concert it was insane amazing and unforgetable it would have been better if the lovely drake was able to perform it would havve been top 3 of my favorite times in my life ever!!!! I love weeezy f baby
This concert was absolutely wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised with Soulja Boy's performance and loved seeing Jeramiah and Pleasure Pete at the beginning. Then, when Wayne came out, it was freaking awesome. He definitely did not disappoint. The only negative thing I can say was that I was terribly sad that Drake couldn't show up. He was apparently injured and couldn't do the show. They still did Every Girl and it was great, but I do love Drake. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this show to anyone and next time I go, I will get much better seats and a limo.
I would recommend this concert to other people, but not people with young children under 15. Too much going on at these concerts that most parents wouldnt want there youngster to see. Lil Wayne put on a great show.. !!
The best money I've ever spent! It was everything I hoped it would be and more. The opening acts had me up and dancing, but when Weezy came out it was over! The pyrotechnics and lights, the band, just everything made the show incredible. Lil Wayne had the fans particiating every second of the way. Hands down best show I've ever been to, and I don't think anyone will ever be able to top it. The only downfall was Drake being absent! Get well soon!!
Lil wayne was great. I really like the whole show. I will visit blossom again.
The energy from this concert was nothing like anything i have ever gone to. The crowd was excited the entire time, and there was never a dull moment. It was awesome, i highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes rap!
The show was amazing, although they kept shouting out cleveland haha! Regardless, it was great, everyone had an awesome time and it was amazing to see all these performers live. I would go back again and see the same show all over again!
Great concert! Wish Drake would have been there - would have made it a 5 star night! Beautiful outdoor evening! Would highly recommend. Blossom traffic and parking still suck ..... been going there for over 15 years.
Hands down, an awe-inspiring concert. Lil' Wayne skillfully interweaves music and entertainment to make for one unforgettable night. Blossom Music Center on the other hand, seems to be intent on dismantling that night until the only thing that remains in your mind is the two hour trip that is leaving from the concert. You will sit in your car after the show for about the length of the show, so don't expect to go anywhere after anytime soon.
The concert was so packed, the most I have ever seen Blossom! Weezy had a good set of songs and the crowd really liked it everyone was rappin!
i am not particularly a fan of lil wayne but after watching this show i have changed my mind. he is a good performer and knows how to keep a crowd entertained. great bang for your buck. molson ampitheatre was also a great venue no matter where you are located.
would definitely do it again. lil wayne was excellent. jeezy was good too. missed jerimih & soulja boy because i was late
I was in Toronto for the Caribana weekend from New Orleans but decided to stay over when I heard Wayne and Drake were coming to town. The concert was great! Coming from New Orleans it was good to see Weezy here in the T.dot and the surpise appearance by Drake here in his hometown of Toronto made it just that more amazing! Good concert and worth the stay!
I've seen Lil Wayne twice in my lifetime and everytime he has put on an amazing concert I recommend if he ever comes to a city near you to go like me I live in Tallahassee, FL and I found out that the closest place Lil Wayne would be to me is in Atlanta, GA so you know what I Did i went up to my mom and was like now mom you know I have to go it's Lil Wayne and she said she will have to see because of course it is a 4 and a half hour drive from here to their and gas is not cheap [lol] But lil wayne puts on an amazing concert it's soemthing you can't miss I would definitely recommend you go.

Lil Wayne is an excellent performer. Combined with T-Pain makes for an unbelievable show! Energy was at a max the whole time.
