About

Lights is many things all at once: Singer. Songwriter. Producer. Multi-instrumentalist. Comic book author. DJ. Artist. She’s also unabashedly honest and unapologetically confident. Weaving in and out of alternative, indie, electronic, and dance, she makes manic pop irreverent of boundaries, yet reverent of truth. She speaks her heart musically and her mind lyrically. It’s why her shadow over alternative music and culture continues to grow with streams in the hundreds of millions and widespread critical acclaim. Over the course of career thus far, the Canada-born disruptor has garnered four JUNO Awards, including 2020’s “Dance Recording of the Year” for the platinum smash “Love Me” with Felix Cartal and “Pop Album of the Year” for her previous two albums, Skin&Earth and Little Machines. She has sold out tours on multiple continents and powered collaborations with Travis Barker, deadmau5, Kaskade, Steve Aoki, Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park, and more. Now, she captivates like never before, kickstarting a new era with single “Prodigal Daughter.”

    BEST SHOW EVER

by D. on 8/1/19Brighton Music Hall presented by Citizens Bank - Boston

The venue was super small, which added to the intimacy of the night. They had chairs set up, which was great for the acoustic set that tiLLie and Lights did. The sound was phenomenal, and being so close to the artists was amazing. BEST SHOW EVER!

    Lights was life-changing!!

by CaptainLights on 3/21/18Delmar Hall - Saint Louis

The openers DCF and Chase Atlantic did a good job of pumping up the vibe, but Lights was the real treasure, immediately commanding the stage with her unforgettable energy. She's unbelievably gorgeous and her concert can only be described as magical and energetic, I certainly couldn't stop dancing. And when she slowed down, and I found myself holding her hand as she sang, I died right there, with my hand in hers. This concert was absolutely unforgettable, and Lights is an amazing artist who paints stories with her lyrics. I can't wait for the next time she comes to Saint Louis!

I would recommend seeing Lights live to anyone that either enjoys good live shows, or also anyone that enjoys this kind of music. The experience meeting her was incredible and something I’ll remember for years to come. She was so friendly and then experience was so smooth and effortless. If you ever have a chance to see her live and enjoy the VIP experience do, you WILL NOT regret it!

    Bowser

by LaFavorite777 on 3/18/18Madrid Theatre - Kansas City

Lights, per usual, gave me the goosebumps. Not the books, though I feel like she would totally pass out Goosebumps books anyway. Anyboops, always amazing. Why doesn’t she have a Grammy, or at least a Mario Kart character?

by overxlooked on 3/13/18Newport Music Hall - Columbus

This was my second time seeing her, I had seen her two days before in cincy and she is amazing live. She sounds just like she does on her albums and her opening act Chase Atlantic was so good too! Had to see the whole show a second time, it was in my top 3 shows I’ve ever been to.

    Lights was incredible!

by Shannabelle03 on 3/13/18Newport Music Hall - Columbus

Lights always puts on a great show, but this one blew all the others out of the water. She is always high energy, interacts with the crowd, and puts on a show that tells a story. I cannot recommend attending a show of hers enough!

Took my daughter to see one if the opening acts (Chase Atlantic) and she had the time of her life. I've never seen her so happy and excited. I enjoyed their show and the smile they put in her face...we will go see them again.

    Lights is always amazing!

by AJsnik on 3/7/18Chameleon Club - Lancaster

I’ve never seen a Lights performance that I disliked. I’m not a big fan of the venue. It was okay. I would probably only go back if that was my only option to see an artist I like. But Lights will always have 5 stars from me.
