As the first Italian female artist to win a Grammy Award, pop singer-songwriter Laura Pausini has transcended Italy's boot-shaped border and arrived at international success. With over 45 million records sold worldwide, Pausini's powerful soprano voice and emotional stage presence have captivated ticket buyers since her 1993 debut, garnering her comparisons to Mariah Carey, Barbra Streisand, and Celine Dion. Following ten studio albums, Pausini released 20 – The Greatest Hits in 2013, featuring the No. 1 hit "Limpido," a duet with Australian superstar Kylie Minogue. After first rising to fame in Italy with her self-titled 1993 debut album, Pausini would go on to release a series of award-winning albums recorded in both Italian and Spanish. She has also performed in English alongside artists including Josh Groban and Michael Buble. Pausini’s 2006 album, Io Canto (I Sing), won Best Female Pop Vocal Album at the Latin Grammys, sparking an international tour with Marc Anthony. In 2013, Pausini marked the 20th anniversary of her career by kicking off The Greatest Hits World Tour, which extends through 2014 and has tickets flying out of box offices around the globe.

Italian Pop Singer sings only in Spanish

I understand Laura has a wide fan base spanning all cultures; however, I would have expected AT LEAST 50% of her songs to be performed in Italian. Instead, I can recall maybe 1 or 2 songs that were sung in Italian, and ALL of the rest were in Spanish. MAJORLY disappointed. We drove from San Diego to hear all Spanish songs. Could have saved the money on tickets and time and energy driving to LA. 4 stars were only given to the venue itself (Greek Theater). I would give 1 star to the actual event (only because Laura has a beautiful voice).

We used to watch the festivals like Oti, Vina del Mar y San Remo, etc. Before I moved to the USA I remember that Pausini was very popular. She is an artist I always wanted to see live. Just on vocals she is one of the best I have ever seen. I believe she is at the level of Whitney Houston. Her performance on vocals was top notch quality. If she was Christian evangelical I believe she could be a great gospel artist. She sings a lot about love and the heart. I got inspired to write a song about Christ in Italian, grazzie mile. I hope that she releases a Christmas album at least. She is Madison Square Garden, and Old Yankee Stadium worthy, I hope she has a successful career in the USA market. I got a new seat closer to the stage. My section was closed off. The show did not sell well.

I enjoyed you singing in Italian although I could not understand a word, but I did not mind because the music was so enchanting that I did not have to. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have seen her live several times, but this time I purchased the VIP ticket to "Meet and Greet", and let me tell you that finally my dream came true to meet her in person, she's so humble and sweet!! And she signed my VIP pass. She's very professional and extremely talented, love her personality, funny and cute!. Would love to see her again in Latin America!. I'm an official Pausiniano!. Do not think twice and see her if comes to your city, country or near you!
