Taking the world by storm, MAYHEM continues to dominate the charts. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking Gaga’s seventh consecutive No. 1 album. In its second week, it remains one of the biggest releases of the year, maintaining Top 2 positions across key charts including No. 2 on the Billboard 200, Digital Albums, and US LP Vinyl Albums charts. It also retains the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart and the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart for the second consecutive week—the latter of which earned Gaga her eighth career No. 1 on the tally, making her the most successful artist of all time in the chart’s history. She now stands alone with the most No. 1 albums ever on the Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
The fastest-selling international release of the year, MAYHEM debuted at No. 1 in 12 countries, including the U.S., UK, Germany, Japan, Italy, Canada, Australia, France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and South Korea, and landed at No. 2 in the Netherlands and Sweden—further cementing Gaga’s global dominance. “Abracadabra” entered the UK Singles Chart at No. 3 and the UK Airplay Chart at No. 2, while in France, MAYHEM posted the biggest first-week sales since Born This Way. In Japan, it ranked among the biggest international albums in recent years; in Finland, it was the only international album to crack the Top 10; and in Ireland, three MAYHEM tracks landed in the Top 40—reinforcing its worldwide impact.
In its first week alone, MAYHEM amassed over 240 million streams worldwide, marking her biggest streaming week ever. It also marked her biggest vinyl week to date, with 74,000 units sold across 14 collectible variants, some of which featured exclusive bonus tracks like “Kill for Love” and “Can’t Stop the High.” The digital edition of the album includes music videos for “Die With a Smile,” “Disease,” and “Abracadabra,” all of which helped fuel the album’s massive first week impact.
“Die With a Smile,” Gaga’s collaboration with Bruno Mars, continues to break records, holding the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Global 200 chart for a 13th consecutive week. With more than 100 million streams worldwide each week, the track is now tied for the third-longest-running No. 1 in chart history.
MAYHEM marks a return to Gaga’s pop roots, reaffirming that she is a master of reinvention, crafting an album that is as bold and eclectic as it is deeply personal. A declaration of artistic freedom, it embraces the fractured pieces of oneself and how they come together to form something unexpected and beautiful. The album mirrors this concept with its diverse sonic palette and thematic layers, combining elements of chaos, defiance, and vulnerability into a cohesive artistic statement. Gaga describes this process as assembling a shattered mirror: “Even if you can’t put the pieces back together perfectly, you can create something memorable and whole in its own way.

Lady Gaga deserves a Tony award for this amazing Theatrical performance!
I'm not sure I can put into words what I thought about the Lady Gaga concert. It wasn't just a concert, it was a theatrical production. Everything she did was carefully thought out and she absolutely nailed it. If you ever get an opportunity to see her I couldn't recommend it any more. I've been to a LOT of concert over the years and hands down Lady Gaga was the best.
GREAT PERFORMANCE. AND GREAT PERSONALITY. I’M REALLY ENJOYED THE SHOW.
This was my second time seeing gaga and this was the best show i’ve ever seen! The props and stage design was unlike what a lot of artists are doing and reminded me of her older tours i didn’t get to attend. Her vocals were insane especially for just coming off of vocal rest. I got floor seats and it definitely was worth money however section 100s would’ve been better if you want a full view of the show. If you have a chance to see this show or gaga in general i highly recommend!
Lady Gaga! What a beautiful woman, what a beautiful show, what a beautiful community! Ticketmaster? What a wicked company that preys on fan’s devotion. Hasten the day of its dissolution🫶
This was my second Lady Gaga tour (first was Joanne), but I’ve been a fan since close to day one. It is clear that Gaga has rediscovered herself with this tour in addition to the Mayhem album in general. She sounded fantastic - the high notes looked AND sounded effortless and her improvisations were natural and clean. Infrequently, she let the background vocals take over, presumably to have enough breath for upcoming belts, but she did so at “filler” portions of songs and not nearly as often as I would have expected based on how active she is on stage. Her vocals were leagues better than during Joanne, my only live comparator. The production was also a return to home in the best ways. The stage was large, the costumes and set designs elaborate and dramatic, and the in-house sound mixing was top of the class. You could hear every vocal and instrument clearly, and the satisfying bass thumps were big enough to feel without overpowering any thinner sounds. Her crew is also so fun to watch. The dancers, while largely showing intensity to match the tone of the show, clearly enjoy themselves and could be seen with genuine smiles at lighter moments. Their choreography was tight and the solos used to fill costume changes were varied and added to the overall showcasing of talent on stage. Her musicians, likewise, could be seen enjoying themselves (particularly during You and I) and provided a perfect performance. Lastly, the United Center made for a great experience as well. Entry was quick, signage was clear, the facility was clean, and the acoustics were fantastic. We walked in from the West Loop, so I can’t speak to parking or ride share experiences, but traffic control afterward made an easy walk back to our apartment. Overall, this is easily the best concert experience I’ve had. I went with a friend who is well-traveled in terms of concert attendance for mostly pop stars, though this was their First Lady Gaga concert. They summed up the experience perfectly afterward: “If this was your first concert ever, you are going to be chasing this high for a long time. It is amazing how good she sounds live and seeing what her mind comes up with for a show.”
Mayhem Ball was my 3rd time seeing Gaga and it was so incredible. She puts on an amazing show- her voice, stage presence, set, choreography, dancers, musicality, etc. are all worth every penny. The community feeling at her shows is also unmatched, I’ve never felt more loved and welcomed by a group of strangers.
It’s hard to talk about pop in the 2000’s without talking about Lady Gaga. From a live show, it is evident why. From vocals to production to stage presence she was top tier bringing energy for the duration of an almost 3 hour show.
I just wanna say thank you for your gift of your music, your creativity, your honesty and the courage to put it all out there. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️❤️❤️
This was a spectacular experience from start to finish.
VIP experience was a breeze, enjoyed the decorations and set up before the show and of course Mother Monster left us all dead on the dance floor. The show was amazing the theatrics and performance was over the moon.
First, I have to thank MSG For Always making it a great experience. Loved seeing beautiful and multitalented Queen Lady Gaga back home in NYC! I’ve seen Gaga at other shows but Mayhem Ball is truly a work of art! The new choreo and Gaga giving it her all is so inspiring. I loved the whole show! Thank you for adding more days at MSG! I will be back in 2026! ♥️♥️♥️
The production level of this show was freaking insane!! Gaga is such a showman, it was incredible to see her live. Her show felt very interactive with her constantly telling the crowd to jump or wave their hands or raise their ‘paws’. I know Gaga is still struggling with her injuries but honestly she was so flawless. Her show was accessible for her where she did a lot of movement with a walking aid or simply while sitting/lying down and I thought that was awesome that she found a comfortable way to perform. I don’t think i’ll ever go to a concert like this ever again unless Gaga is back to Chicago!
This woman could sing the same song over and over again for two hours and I would still love every second of it.
Lady Gaga puts on more than just a concert; it is a production. She tells a story from start to finish. She doesn't just stand there with a microphone either; she dances, she plays guitar, she plays piano, she interacts with the audience, and most of all, she sings live. This is a theatrical experience.
First of all, I cannot wrap my head around the fact I actually got to see Lady Gaga. It felt like a total dream ❤️ I had the absolute best time and great experience overall. I had a really rude/annoying lady beside me that sadly ruined part of the experience, which made me cry a bit. But getting into the venue was so quick and easy. I appreciated the “know before you go” email so I was up to date on the bag policy. Security scan was chill, and the photo booth was so fun! Love that it was free for us to use, especially since I came alone. I had the most amazing seat and could see so well. The lady beside me kept shoving her arm and phone in my face and was also texting at full brightness the whole time!!! Like LADY GAGA IS IN FRONT OF YOU!! How can you not care? It really upset me a few times, especially because her seat was technically further down, she just didn’t want to move. Luckily she left early, but it broke my heart that I was so stressed about her when I was in such an amazing spot and seeing my favorite artist. I spent so much money, and it sucks the lady beside me ruined part of the show for me :( But omg seeing Lady Gaga was incredible. She really put on an amazing show! So theatrical and mesmerizing and fun!! I sang and danced my heart out. I hope I can see her again one day. I also ran to get a shirt after the show, since the merch lines were crazy right before. And I’m so glad it was quick and easy and that I got the tour specific Dance or Die shirt!! It was a great night 🪩✨🍒 Paws up, Chicago!!
The shows were phenomenal!!!! Attended all 3 shows in Chicago and it was 20/10. Can’t wait to see mother monster again next year in Boston. Paws up forever
Had a blast spending 18 hours in Chicago at the Mayhem Ball. I've listened to Gaga for over 15 years and finally seeing her perform live was incredible. Amazing show!
This was theatre, drama! Gaga’s creativity and stage presence is unmatched.
Love you Lady Gaga! First Gaga concert ever, not the last, she delivered
