LA LEY IN CONCERT:
Alt rockers La Ley have been wowing audiences in the Latin music community for almost 30 years, and they still sound as sharp as ever when they play live. Whether lead singer Beto Cuevas is making the crowd swoon with his crooning vocals or sharing stories with his devoted fans, he commands the stage with passionate performances every time. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Chilean rock group La Ley was formed in 1987 by members Andres Bobe, Rodrigo Aboitiz, Luciano Rojas, Mauricio Claveria, and Beto Cuevas. They broke onto the Latin music scene in 1990 with Doble Opuesto, a hit record that launched them to stardom overnight with popular singles like “Prisioneros de la Piel” and “Tejedores de Illusion”. Since then the band has toured the world, won two Latin Grammy Awards and a Grammy Award, and released six more acclaimed studio albums including 1995’s Invisible and their 2000 platinum-certified Uno. Although they’ve had several lineup changesover the years due to the tragic loss of frontman Bobe, La Ley still possesses the same alt-rock sound they had when they first started. Fans can experience their dark tunes and raw passion of La Ley on their unforgettable tours.
It was so great, I didn't want it to end. I wanted it to continue and I was so happy with the seating we had, the sound the view, all around it was great!!! If they played there again, I would pay to go see them again and it able to even get more centered seating.... if that's even possible... :)
This concert was awesome except for the six people who were sitting in front of me were very drunk and very disrespectful to everyone around them by using foul language. The show itself was great. La Ley is one of my favorite bands in Spanish.
I've seen La Ley 3 times before this retour. Beto Cuveas voice it's still intact, flawlessly hitting all the notes. Awesome connection with the audience. He has it all, music talent, showmanship and the looks. This is probably the best Latin pop concert I've seen in many years. La Ley rocks big time!
Everything that I expected!!! Great atmosphere. Beer prices did suck tho. But everything else was awesome!
Amazing, just great. Since the arrival everything was good, easy parking, nice people helping us and the weather was perfectly. La Ley event was wonderful, I hope going back to another event soon. Thank you The Greek Theatre!!!!
I am not a huge La Ley fan (my fiance is). I am more into bands like Tool, Rush or G. Cerati. Nevertheless, La Ley puts on a good show and I enjoyed it. I was impressed with the musicianship; especially the guitarist. Also, the singer undoubtedly has a great voice. The only thing that dissapointed me was that their show was short - lasted only an hour and a half. A few weeks ago, I went to see King Crimson. These guys are almost 70 years of age and played over 2 hours. Come on La Ley - after almost a decade of absence, your fans deserved better that this.

I love this band I have been following them since the mid 90s and I have seen them 3 times at the greek theater. I am very happy that they are back and can not wait to see what their new album will be like.
The concert was amazing! It had been over 10 years that I last saw them play together. I realized how much I missed their music and the presence of Rock en Espanol in general. They are a perfect representation of Rock en Espanol and I hope they stay around for a long time. Beto Cuevas truly embodies the spirit of a rock star! Loved this concert from beginning to end!!
