La La Land Tickets

No one was allowed to bring in their own alcohol like you usually can at an event at the Hollywood bowl, because this was a "leased" event (whatever that means) created a headache, we had to check our booze if we wanted it back, or abandon it and get to our seats on time. The live music was...eh, I understand that with live performances there will be hiccups but the orchestra seemed a bit behind where they were supposed to be according to the movie. Also one of the trumpets totally blew their solo, didn't reach the high note he was supposed to hold, just a squeak followed by silence. My fiancé and I are also musicians so that was very disappointing. Other people didn't seem to notice but all in all it could have been much better considering the hoopla and the amount of $ they charged for each ticket.

Loved the Bowl!! Not a bad seat in the house. The orchestra was incredible. The fireworks and effects were magical. Overall, great show.

Very cute concert. I have never seen the movie. I accompanied my daughter (it was her birthday gift). She loves La La Land. I thought I was going to be lost. I could not have been more wrong. I felt like I watched the movie...infact the way that the movie and live pictures of the orchestra were incorporated on the screen, I actually felt like I was in the movie. The orchestra did a beautiful job. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. Great crowd of people. Very diverse group.

Great to be in the midst of the shows original setting with a great orchestra, amazing pianist & jazz band, having a bunch of the cast members involved was fun and the fireworks really topped it off

The music was amazing and we loved the dancers. It was fun to watch the movie outdoors under the stars and with fireworks!

I love the Hollywood Bowl. The secret is taking Park & Ride to/from the Bowl. It drops you off right in front and you are zooming away on the freeway when everyone is stuck in their cars trying to leave. It was wonderful seeing and hearing all the special performers. I liked how they showed them on the side screens while the movie was playing behind the orchestra. Justin Hurwitz did a wonderful job. It was a magical night!

La La Land complete with an orchestra, jazz band, singers, dancers and even fireworks was enjoyed by all. A wonderful experience that should not be missed by fans in other cities.

It was a spectacular show! The music was beautifully played and conducted. 1 giagantic screen in the middle and 2 more on each side. It was great watching the movie with live music and sharing the fun with all the people there. Got the laughs and the sighs and even the booos. You could tell that everybody there truly loved the movie and wanted to get a real experience out of this event. We took our girls, 14 and 10 who love the movie. My youngest said it was the best thing she ever experienced and my eldest had such a happy expression, like she was living a dream. And surpise surprise, we got fireworks!!! We love the Hollywood Bowl!

Had a great time watching the movie with a live band. I would say it was distracting when the screen would switch back and forth with the orchestra but overall had a good time.

My husband and I can't say enough about this wonderful film at the Hollywood Bowl. I had seen the movie 5 times, and couldn't wait to see it again at the Bowl, and we were not disappointed. From the dancers on stage who were in the freeway scene to the couple dancing on the pier in the movie, everything about it was magical and unforgettable! The musicians were incredible and it sounded just like it did in the movie, the fireworks were the best we'd every seen, and I hope this will become a yearly event, as The Sound of Music is, at the Bowl. The only disappointment we had was that Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling didn't make an appearance. That would have made it perfect!

The orchestra was amazing! The piano player was awesome. The fireworks were some of the best I've seen.

I go to the Bowl a lot. For some reason the wait to get into the venue was twice as long as it usually is. I got there early but it took at least 20 mins to get through security. There was a huge unorganized crowd. By the time I got to my seat, the event had already started. I missed a good part of the 1st half.

Everything about the concert was great. The projections on the stage added something extra to the performance and really brought the experience to life. The same goes for the fireworks. These two pieces along with the orchestra/movie created an experience that brought something new to the viewing process.

If you love the movie, you will fall even further in love with t through this show. Do not miss it!!

I was expecting a little more. I liked the fireworks.

A very special time for all LA LA land fans! It was great to have director and composer there as well as many of the original musicians and actors from the original movie.

If you see this show you're most likely already a fan and it will only add to your love of the film. Enjoyed seeing the instruments worked into the film (or is it the the other way around?) and there are some fun surprises.

LaLa has a personal meaning to me due to all the different locations from LA used in the movie and of course the love they show to Prius'. When I se the movie I fell in love. Well viewing the movie with a live orchestra took it to another level!!! It was simply amazing only ones missing were ryan n Emma ;)

It was fabulous...so glad I went. Music, seats and movie was great.
