Great performance. Was super glad I was able to go to this unique show.

All of the bands that played were incredible! Such a great show. The only thing is that there is now specific parking for the venue so I ended up driving around for over an hour trying to find parking in a safe area. The show was great, the venue for the show was not so great.

La dispute and title fight in boston

by Erikfarrah on 4/1/15Paradise Rock Club - Boston

The first two opening acts were alright, hotelier being much more enjoyable than the first band for sure. The audience went crazy for title fight and I don't care much for them yet so I stayed back for that part. La dispute opened with King park whih wasn't cool go me at all. If they play it, I think it should be last for sure. It gave me a weird vibe opening up the show. After the lead singer made sure everyone was being safe the vibe of the crowd got a lot better. The paradise rock club has a pretty crappy set up as a venue so it felt weird if you weren't up front. All in all, the first time I saw la dispute was much better.

    La Dispute was underwhelming

by d3m3tri0s on 4/1/15Paradise Rock Club - Boston

I've been a fan of La Dispute for about 7 years now, first seeing them play small venues and house shows and now a few times at large, sold out ones such as this. But this is the first time that I've ever seen them, or any band in my nearly 20 years of going to shows, only play the newest material and not please their devoted, longtime fans with their early work/classics. I was thoroughly disappointed when leaving the show, making the hour and a half drive home that much worse. The only silverlining was that The Hotelier played a great set as always. Note: I've attached a photo of a person I caught LITERALLY ASLEEP STANDING UP during La Dispute's set.

honestly this show was garbage. la dispute and the opening act the hotellier were good, but it wasn't worth me driving from nashville to atlanta to see them, because title fight was garbage. their fans were so rude. i'm used to moshing, i'm used to pits, whatever. however, during their set, i had a guy pulling my hair aggressively, i had numerous guys spitting on me, and another guy came up and rubbed his sweat on me. another guy there got punched in the face. i kinda lost respect for title fight because they could easily see how violent and aggressive people were being, and instead of speaking up about it like other bands usually do, they didn't say anything. (best show i ever went to? a modern baseball one where the vocalists went around and told everyone to be careful and to be nice and to take your keys off your belt if you're moshing... i like this because it seemed like they actually had respect for their fans and were concerned for their well-being.) la dispute didn't play that many older songs, so if you're interested in going for songs off of somewhere at the bottom of the river.. or wildlife, don't go.

Most emotional show I have ever seen

by Anonymous on 4/13/14Music Hall of Williamsburg - Brooklyn

My friend and I drove out three hours for this show, panicking in traffic on the way there and dozing off on the way back, but it was so worth it!! Jordan Dreyer is one of the most heartfelt and legitimately caring frontmen of a band I have ever seen. He gave the sweetest speeches, likely bringing so much of the audience (including myself) to tears, but that was from the band's emotional songs as well. The crowd was so engaged, luckily I had a great (and safe) view from the balcony. La Dispute played a lot of their newer songs which I am less familiar with, but put on such a great show regardless and managed to include the classics such as Andria and King Park. Fantastic band (one of my favorites), and a great show I will remember for a long time! The opening bands--Pianos Become the Teeth and Mansions--were great as well!

La Dispute is absolutely just incredible. I remember seeing them years ago when Wildlife first came out, and they definitely didn't disappoint. Every La Dispute show is a must go.

    La dispute in Cambridge

No words. This performance was everything and more than I expected from this band. Truly perfectious.

    La Dispute was phenomenal!

by Joxic on 3/25/14Culture Room - Ft Lauderdale

I stood on the balcony part of the venue and had a clear view of the band. They sound better live, which can't be said for most of today's artists! The band sang a lot of popular songs and even songs from their new album which got a good reaction from the crowd. When we all thought it was over, they performed 3 more songs as an encore. People weren't really allowed to take videos cause of the distraction it would form to the others around them, which I don't mind because watching a band live is all about living in the moment, not recording it. Great time!

    Passionate and Incredible

by mrains on 3/22/14Masquerade - Atlanta

I had never listened to mansions or Pianos Become the Teeth before, so I wasn't really into it when they were preforming; although they did an amazing job. Of course when La Dispute came on, I freaked out as long with the rest of the crowd. Jordan Dreyer has always been an inspiration to me, and I was really hoping he would do well live. I definitely was not disappointed, to say the least. His passion for his fans and his determination to make sure we were enjoying ourselves made my heart melt. All in all, it was an amazing concert. I'll be sure to see him in concert as much as possible as long as he's preforming.

La Dispute and Pianos killed it

    by StacyAK10 on 3/21/14Masquerade - Atlanta

I was really impressed by both the venue and the bands. The acoustics were great and La Dispute 'a stage presence has improved tenfold since last album!

Very intimate show. Simple lighting, no fuss. Just music. The set was good, but they played a lot of the songs from their new album, only 3 from "Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair" (I was hoping they would play more). Definitely go see them!

    La dispute killed it!

by Leahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh on 3/19/14Masquerade - Atlanta

I LOVED this show. No wonder it pretty much sold out. I hadn't heard much of mansions before this show but they were amazing. I cried during pianos. And AS ALWAYS, la dispute continued to secure its place as one of my favorite bands. Down front was nuts. (I had to escape hahah). If you get a chance to see any of these bands you should.

    La Dispute never disappoints

by Anonymous on 1/27/13The Sinclair - Cambridge

La Dispute is one of those bands that puts on a performance and it is truly unforgettable. Jordan, the lead vocalist, sings with so much passion and the rest of the band is equally as happy to share the stage. La Dispute has grown on me over this past year and have become one of my favorite bands. Their lyrics are works of art and if you have the opportunity to sit down and just read a few songs, you'll realize that it's pure genius.
