Bought these tickets to surprise my best friend with them and we had a blast! Great atmosphere, great dj, kind people. Definitely reccomend!
Every song was so fun to dance to with my friends! We knew most of them so we hopped into the choreo with other friend groups. Any song requests we had were easy to make at the front with my phone. Best and kindest DJ ever! I love her so much! My friends and I all got to take a photo with her at the end! SO sweet of her. I am so glad she came to Minneapolis, again! :)
It was really fun! The music was loud but that's to be expected. Super fun to be with kpop fans and dance. I should have chosen better shoes to dance in lol but Great time overall.
Whether you made a request or not, they seem to play mostly girl groups and older kpop. So if you really like the newer kpop music i don’t think you’d enjoy it :( also justice for Crazy Form… they played literally NO ateez 🙃
I was so surprised how they played old kpop and me in my late 20s they played the perfect songs to dance to! Can't wait until they come next time!
I absolutely had a BLAST and can't wait for the next one. I love how she played a lot of new songs, ggroup songs, and she also plays for the most part the original tracks and didn't do these crazy remixes that ultimately ruin these songs.
If K-Pop club night featuring DJ Yuka is coming to your town, you do not want to miss it. This was one of the best nights of my life. To be able to be surrounded by people who love K-pop and have the same energy? You can't beat it.
I came to Kpop club night last year as well and I think I wrote the same thing it’s fun but there are so many songs that really could’ve got the crowd going the song choices are good but it’s like you only get a few good songs every once in awhile then it goes back to being kinda slow again I noticed people were more so having fun with meeting people and being funny on the dance floor rather then actually listening to the music because if I’m speaking from experience there like I said it’s fun because you meet people and you dance to a few good songs but then I didn’t wanna leave because what if they played better songs but they didn’t in the end I heard people saying they wished they played this song and that song which I again I wished they played more newer songs more Ateez straykids txt aespa taemin and many more that I just know would’ve got the crow going so it’s fun but I think a good idea to improve is taking songs request BEFORE a show maybe like a month or so to see what people actually like and will have fun to but all and all ITS STILL FUN and I’ll go next year of course !!!!
Thats so fun, even tho I don’t know some music but its fun with people that know kpop and their dance cover haha
She primarily performed songs from boy groups and it was challenging to discern her DJing style, as the tracks sounded nearly identical to the original soundtracks.
The DJs were only playing songs. No mixing whatsoever and transitions were terrible. I should have just listened to my own kpop playlist. Sets were horrible that a lot of people were putting on requests bc of the bad song selection.
100/100 experience! The music was really good and played all the great hits. Overall fantastic atmosphere and exciting. Looking forward to the next event.
The DJ and the crowd were definitely having fun, but unfortunately I didn’t recognize most of the songs that were played midway through the night, there wasn’t as much energy in the crowd either until the last 30 minutes where more well known songs were being played. I think the venue was a bit small for the crowd size because the entire stage floor was full up to the stage exit doors making it hard to walk around, the seats above the stage were also dirty, but the lounge downstairs had some nice seating. Besides this, the music was way WAY too loud. The minute I walked into the main floor where the DJ was, it was so painful to be in the room that I had to take frequent breaks to make sure I could reduce any hearing loss. My ears would somewhat adjust to the noise and then the music would get even louder; I’m pretty sure this event was louder than any concert I’ve ever been to. It was almost impossible to even order drinks without yelling face to face with the bartender. After a while I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to sit in the lounge to wait for my ride home. Do not go to these events without any form of ear protection! Personally this wasn’t for me and I don’t see myself returning to these events in the future. Please consider lowering the volume a bit for future events…
This was a great event! The music was a fun mix of kpop generations 2-4, with a mix of trendy, classic, and fun songs. Plus you could tell the DJs personally enjoyed the music and were having fun with it too.
Was an amazing night!!! The DJ was awesome and played such good songs. It was nice to be surrounded by such great people who all listen to the same type of music. I would 100% go again!!
Super fun night, they played such a variety of boos, throwbacks, and deep cuts. The female DJ was FAR superior than the male DJ. His transitions were ROUGH sometimes and played some snoozers that killed the w every that the crowd had after a huge banger. The Girl knew how to keep the energy rolling. Overall super fun night.
Great music, good mixes, a fun time, wish it had lasted longer!
So many people excited to come out, way more fun than almost any concert I've been to in terms of the overall energy. They played a good variety of kpop too, not just newer songs, which I was worried might happen
nobody was dancing and the energy was totally lacking :/ definitely not worth the money
I danced for four hours straight. Music was 🔥. Dj Yuka was a lot of fun. Thank you so much!
