Kenneth La'ron, known professionally as KennyHoopla, is an American recording artist and songwriter. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he grew up absorbing a diverse spread of music and art -- The Drums, Funeral Suits, Common and Teen Suicide are credited as some of his greatest influences. His catalog is intimate, thoughtful, and self-labeled 'new wave nostalgia,' his songs soaked in both the warmths and the darknesses of life and love.
He's performed alongside Injury Reserve, Jack Harlow, Omar Apollo, Trapo, Yung Gravy and Alex Wiley, and toured with Yoshi Flower in February 2019, bringing venues across the country to max capacity, like House of Blues (San Diego). "Lost Cause" is Kenny's breakout single, which has been listed on Spotify's "Fresh Finds," "Alternative R&B"and "Anti-Pop" playlists, has now reached over 1 million streams on Spotify.

an absolute rockstar. great music with a great stage presence. highly recommend you buy a ticket to see him
Kenny played last and I waiting forever standing for him to play. They could have told us who was playing in what order that way I wouldn’t have to wait. The show was supposed to end at 10 and Kenny started playing at 9:40 while the other artists got almost up to an hour playtime.
Saw then open for blink 182 in Atlanta 7/13/23. They were so good and definitely got me more pumped after the 3 hr drive to the venue.
He opened for Blink 182 in Houston on July 8. I had no idea who this band was or what kind of music they made...and then...they started playing. I've been listening to Kenny non stop for almost a week now and have purchased tickets to see him again when he comes back to Houston in a couple of months. Can't. Wait.
So much good energy! Great show and great artist <3
So I attended alone, but I had a damn blast. Watching Kenny was... like a dream? Something about the way the light touch his face when he gives his signature, intense stare and then he'd suddenly explode with energy when singing... It all made me want to see him perform again. I have to say though—the constellation room kinda did him dirty because even Kenny was kinda pissed at how he couldn't hear himself. Aside from that, it was a great concert! Can't wait to see him perform in bigger and better-quality venues!!
Small venue. Insanely big performance. Loved it. Will definitely be seeing KennyHoopla again
