Kehlani On Tour
Oakland singer, songwriter and dancer Kehlani blends pop and R&B to tug at fans' heartstrings with relatable lyrics of struggle, perseverance and love in the 2020s. Inspired by greats like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, Kehlani similarly dazzles audiences with sweet vocals that deliver visceral verses. While they've only been performing for just over a decade, Kehlani has landed tours and collaborations that most artists have to work a lifetime to achieve. After opening for Halsey and Demi Lovato and collaborating with Justin Bieber and Cardi B, Kehlani is hitting the road again. Fans can look forward to show-stopping performances from the critically acclaimed Blue Water Road album on 2022's Blue Water Road Tour. Kehlani Live in Concert
Kehlani Ashley Parrish was born in Oakland, California, in 1995. During their teenage years, they practiced ballet and modern dance while attending the Oakland School for the Arts. In 2011, Kehlani got their first taste of fame as a member of the teen pop group Poplyfe. When Kehlani was just 14, Poplyfe achieved fourth place in the sixth season of "America's Got Talent." However, they got their mainstream break when America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon took an interest in their career. Cannon invested in Kehlani's first commercial mixtape, Cloud 19, which was released in 2014. After Cloud 19 was named one of Complex's 50 Best Albums of 2014, Kehlani released their second commercial mixtape in 2015, titled You Should Be Here. The mixtape featured Chance the Rapper and American singer BJ the Chicago Kid and debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart. The You Should Be Here tour sold out every North American date, and Kehlani was nominated for a 2016 Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album. Kehlani released their debut studio album in 2017 titled SweetSexySavage, and in 2018 opened for Demi Lovato's Tell Me You Love Me World Tour and Halsey's Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour. After releasing their third commercial mixtape, While We Wait, in 2019 and a second studio album, It Was Good Until It Wasn't, in 2020. Kehlani brings fans a much-anticipated headlining tour in 2022 for their third studio album Blue Water Road.

She has the audience promise her 3 things such as being super kind, respectful and more. She had amazing opening acts and she's such a kind person. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

One thing I really liked about this concert is that she connected with the crowd and kept her composure at the same time. She's always so interactive and caring, at one time during the show, Kehlani came in the crowd and asked if anyone could rap Chance the Rapper's verse on her song "The Way." She sung beautifully live, and I hope to go to one of her shows again. DJ Noodles kept the crowd going, as she played Bay Area classics. Kehlani sung from all areas of her discography including, Cloud 19, You Should Be Here, and her singles recorded for SweetSexySavage. Hands down, Kehlani is amazing.

She knows how to connect with her audience and make her fans feel like they can do anything they want to. This show was LIT. Blessed I got to see her perform in her hometown. Love the Bay Area vibes.

Not only is she an amazing performer, but she's the only one whose opening/associated acts are worth looking up and downloading after the show! True Bay Area OGs will appreciate this concert; DJ Noodlez packs a bunch of Bay Area slaps before Kehlani goes on. ITS LIT
