Veteran comedian, actor, rapper and social activist Katt Williams announces his return to the stage with his 2018 national comedy tour KATT WILLIAMS: 11:11. The tour kicks off February 2 in Houston. In this new arena tour, Williams is recharged and armed with an arsenal of engaging material that will have audiences bursting with laughter and continuing the conversation long after the lights come down.
This comedy tour follows the January 16 premiere of Williams’s debut Netflix original stand-up comedy special, Katt Williams: Great America. In the special, the polarizing and over-the-top poster figure for hard truth and underground comedy reflects on the current political climate, racial tensions in America, and his disdain of roast beef.
Wielding a unique ability to masterfully blend rapid-fire wit with thought-provoking dialogue, Katt Williams has developed a career seeded with thousands of stage shows in sold-out arenas, a laundry list of starring roles on the small screen and memorable performances in major box office hits. He recently starred in the holiday comedy Father Figures, alongside Owen Wilson, Ed Helms and Glenn Close in December 2017.
Katt recently re-teamed with fellow comedian Mike Epps in The House Next Door, a sequel to the 2016 indie horror comedy Meet the Blacks. The two comedians notably starred together in 2002’s Friday After Next. Williams has recently been cast in the comedic film #twominutesoffame a Lionsgate/CodeBlack feature comedy fused to the studio’s Laugh Out Loud streaming network. Katt will star alongside Jay Pharoah and Keke Palmer.
It was a funny and interesting show. I really enjoyed it.
Just wish Katt had performed longer. Two hours of openers and Katt was only on stage for an hour. Dissappointed for sure.
Got through the ticket line and had them scan with no issue. Everything was organized and professional
I am a huge Katt Williams fan. He and Dave Chappelle are bucket list for me. There were way too many openers and not enough Katt. I think he was only on the stage for 30min max. The show started at 8pm and It went till after midnight but only 20-30min of Katt’s set. Disappointed.
A must see comedy concert! Nashville was in the house!! Sold out!!!!!
Too many opening acts. Would have loved more of Katt and less other people. Two hours of opening is way too long.
Great show Katt. We enjoyed everyone. I was so hyped to see Lil Mo and Mark Curry.
The concert was fine but the parking was terrible. It took over an hour to leave.
The show was great. Expected nothing less from Katt Williams but pleased with his humor, creativity, and consistency throughout his career. He also brought a lot of comedians with him and they were great also, especially Ms. Pretty Ricki and Toccara Williams.
Surprise guest was awesome and Katt Williams timing is still on point
Katt Williams was worth it the price of admission. Really good show
I really enjoyed the other comedians with fresh material but Monique was terrible and after shes been in business for 30 years you would think she would have used this opportunity to show off some new material. Katt was great as always. It was my first comedy show.
After the Shannon Sharpe interview, I was hyped to see the show!! Was my first 3hr+ comedy show, and hopefully my last. Too may 'opening acts' pre-Katt. All Monique did was yell! And, the sound could have been better.
Props to Katt for bringing the OG's Monique,Mark,Tommy and even the new ones, great 👍 show 👏 👍 👌
The show was amazing! Definitely EXCEEDED my expectations. I have always loved Katt Williams & Monique, but Mark Curry was a great surprise & addition as well as Red, Shakara & all of the comedians that were there. The show opener was hilarious as well. By the time we left we all had a headache from laughing so hard!! THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT SHOW!!
No comment but I enjoy it I love it……,.,,,…………………..,,,……..,,,,,,,,,,,,
There was zero respect for other people at the show. One lady next to us was watching Facebook videos the whole time. Everyone walking up the stairs used the flashlight on their phones and was not paying attention to where it was pointed. The disturbed concert had much more respectful patrons. We will only go to comedy shows at zanies from now on
Katt Williams is a genius!!! The show was amazing. Katt is so real, we all wish he was our family member… I will always attend a Katt Williams show. Much love!!!!!
Katt Williams never disappoints; he had great other comedians- one from NY and MarK Curry-- SHOWED OUT!!! On the other hand - Ticketmaster should be ashamed for selling tickets in sections that are behind or not able to view the stage. According to seating chart they were excellent balcony tickets. Fortunately some guest did not show so we moved down to a good view.
7-8 openers before Katt was too much and only 2 of those were entertaining. Monique was terrible. She was not funny and her anger towards other celebrities was overbearing and uncalled for which was a downer. It definitely redirected the atmosphere in a negative way. They are paid to entertain not complain. I paid to see Katt Williams, not a handful of unknowns. Katt just wasn't as funny as previous shows that I've seen. Sound guy had the treble up too much and was hard to understand what they were saying or they were yelling into the mic unnecessarily. I feel like my money was wasted on this show. I will not be attending another show with these comedians.
