Parachute was unforgetable! Amazing venue, amazing concert. Best $17 I've ever spent. Didn't even stay to see Kate, who is that anyway?

I am definitely glad parachute played first- they have great energy and a really diverse sound. Loved all of the various instruments incorporated. I would definitely go see them again. Kate on the other hand managed to clear the place out within the first 5 min. She doesn't seem to understand that shouting into the mike creates awful sound distortion and frankly she was painful to listen to. You couldnt pay me to see her again.

I've seen Kate a bunch of times and she NEVER disappoints! The only bad thing I will say is that their sets weren't long enough! I have never seen Parachute before but they know how to put on a show! This night was unforgettable and I highly recommend you all to see either of them when they play a show near you!

i bought tickets for kate voegele. LOVE her. she is amazing period. never really listened to parachute, but after the concert, im a fan <3

I went to see Parachute ans stayed for Kate Voegele which was a mistake. How she was the closing act I'll never know. She sounds like a horrible version of Michelle Branch. She's so bad I was getting a head ache from her singing as were the rest of the group I was with. The theater emptied out quite a bit from how filled it was for Parachute. Great job Parachute!

Great performer. I have never seen her live before and I only knew a couple songs but she is very talented and entertaining to watch. She is also very nice. First 50 people to buy a shirt got to meet her, which we did.

Show was good but too much waiting around. The ticket said 7pm and the first act didn't go on until 8 then there was a good 20-30 minutes before the other 2 acts!! People were just waiting around. Would not want to go to a show here again if that's the norm. Parachute rocked though. They were the best part of the night!

This venue was perfect. The sound was amazing. They all performed so well and it was such a small venue I loved it even more!

Kate Voegele is one of the coolest people ever! I went to the jordin sparks concert where she was her opening act because I knew Kate did a meet and greet twice during the show and because I'm a huge fan of hers. She was amazing live as always and signed two things for me! Kate also took two pictures with me, one when I asked her to sign my one tree hill season six packet that comes with my/everyones dvds and then a bag I bought at her merchandise table. She's so sweet and I would gladly meet her again:). I'm so glad I go to meet her, I'm OBSESSED with one tree hill and was dying to meet someone from it:).

Um.... Kate Voegele is a BEAST.I'm sayign this in a VERY good way.She's amazing,beautiful,wonderful, sexy, & kind :) Love her to death. This women is my hero <3

This concert was AMAZING! Her opening act, Kevin Hammond, was simply wonderful and got the crowd in a great mood. Kate came out and she was adorable!! She was sexy and an amazing singer. The first 50 people to buy something got to meet her and have her sign something after the show. She was very down to earth and didn't try to rush people through the line. The only negative would be that sometimes it was hard to hear her voice over the music.

Very nice venue. The opening act was good. Kate was awesome as always.

She had great energy and her band was fantastic. Park West is a GREAT venue, and you really can't beat the $15 ticket prices.

The show blow me away the way she talked to her fans like we were all just hanging out was very cool. The music was amazing as always. I love that she writes her songs about real life. We can relate to her music.

Kate's Chicago show was so amazing! The venue was perfect, the opening band was surprisingly good, and Kate rocked out! My friends and I had such a great time! I'm definitely going to see her on her next tour!

I'm a long time fan of Kate Voegele ever since she left college to pursue her music full time. I think she's an amazing talent and she's one of my favorite artists ever, so deciding to go see her perform in Chicago was a no brainer. She didn't disappoint... it was an amazing night and her live performances were as good if not better than the recordings on her albums. Also she is really great at interacting with the crowd and showing her sincere appreciation. But also I was blown away by her opening act, Kevin Hammond. He's a singer songwriter and one of the most amazing talents I think I've ever heard. I literally became a fan of his music within the first 10 seconds of him opening his mouth. Plus him and his bandmates came out to the lobby after their set to sign autographs and take pictures with fans. With his amazing voice and sexy look I can promise you he's going places.

this concert was disappointing. personally i thought her opening act was more entertaining and engaging that she was. concert started about 30-45min late which is 30-45min that i paid for and got nothing. had never heard of the opening act before but they were awesome and put on a great performance. then we waited awhile again for kate to even come on and when she did it was pretty disappointing. no really cool entrance or anything and for some reason i thought it was pretty hard to even hear her singing because the bass and keyboard and all that were way too overpowering. i didn't think she engaged the audience at all and for being the last show on her tour you'd think it would have been above and beyond.
