KASABIAN IN CONCERT:
British neo-psych icons Kasabian continue to dominate the British rock landscape, matching their four No. 1 albums with equally impressive live performances. The band's energy and showmanship have made them a frequent headlining act at festivals around the world, and their legendary live shows are widely considered some of the most electrifying in the business. Whether they're tearing through their breakout single "Club Foot" or treating fans to cuts from their 2014 LP 48:13, Kasabian are a consummate live act that get the adrenaline pumping every time they take the stage.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Kasabian formed in Leicester, England in 1997, spending their early years performing local shows and recording demos. They released their first official single "Processed Beats" in 2003, and in 2004 they skyrocketed to success with their self-titled debut album. Propelled by Top 20 singles like "Club Foot" and "L.S.F. (Lost Souls Forever)", the album peaked at No. 4 on the UK Albums Chart, earning stellar reviews and making them critical darlings both at home and abroad. After extensive touring, the band released their 2006 sophomore album Empire to a No. 1 spot on the British charts. Since then they've topped the UK Albums Chart with three more albums, won NME's Best Live Act award, and been named "Best Group" at the 2010 Brit Awards. Kasabian continued their reign in 2014 with the release of their chart-topping fifth album 58:13, thrilling fans with another high-octane tour in support of the record.

These guys are true performers. They interacted with the audience and every song sounded even better live than it did on the record. They played a good mix of the older stuff and the new album. Great music to move around to.
Kasabian put on a great show with a lot of energy. They played a great mixture of songs from all their albums.
This show was spectacular! I went to see Kasabian a few years ago when they first toured for their 2nd studio album, "Empire", which was in the venue right above Center Stage, at The Loft, and it was alright. But this last concert? Freakin' unbelievable. The Kasabian fans of Atlanta were a blast, everyone got into the concert, even the people in the seats. Their music is simply the best music to get up and jump and dance to. I saw my all-time favorite band TOOL at the Gwinnett Arena in February, and this Kasabian concert topped it! If you've never heard of Kasabian, check out all 4 of their studio albums now and experience them for yourself! You won't be disappointed. After that, go see them LIVE! in concert!
The show was awesome. The gents rocked hard and the atmosphere was great. A nice venue for smaller gigs. The sound was decent but I wish they would have played a b side or two. Just an excellent concert.
I have always been a fan of Kasabians...but this current tour is absolutely incredible!!! We don't even realize how lucky we are - check out the venue sizes they're palying in Europe - then look at the US tour venues...see them in these intimate venues while you can...their show and showmanship is energetic and engaging - and their music is quite simply phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!
Kasabian truly rocks with tons of energy. The band was great, but Center Stage in Atlanta had a lot to be desired. I saw this show in Dallas TX and the staff were wonderful, which was a stark contrast to the staff (security) at Center Stage. I personally didn't have a problem, I just saw them overreact to kids simply having fun. This is a MUST SEE band. I drove 10 hours to see them and I would do it again.
Excellent venue, I love the sound at Center Stage. Kasabian are amazing. Can't wait for them to come back.
I've wanted to see Kasabian since I first learned about them in 2009 (I know-I was late to the party...) and I missed seeing them in Paris by a couple of days so I was THRILLED when I saw they were headed to Dallas. They did a great job of getting the small but appreciative and ready to rock crowd going. They seemed to appreciate the energy even if it wasn't a packed house. Tom and Sergio sounded amazing. I am always excited when the band sounds as good as or better than their recordings and I wasn't disappointed. I had a great time during the concert but the three encore songs did me in! They were SO high energy and "Vlad", (which is my alarm song!) and "Fire" were CRAZY brilliant! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to walk the next day because I was jumping around so much. All In all it was GREAT! I highly recommend this show.
One of the best live bands in the world! Always get your moneys worth
After many years, Kasabian, who play infront of Wembley sized crowds in Europe, started their first US tour in more than 12 yrs in Dallas, getting warmed up for SxSW in Austin. Great high energy show, playing the best, plus many new songs and a 4 song encore! I hope to see them again, maybe ACL will book them for this falls fesival. If you like MUSE, COLD PLAY, RAMONES, then they are for you. Techno, Alternative with a little punk thrown in for fun.
Music was obviously good but their stage presence and the crowd's energy cannot be matched. The members of the group were constantly interacting with the crowd and the crowd was always jumping with excitement.
This is a band who just sold out 2 nights at London’s O2 area (20,000 seat venue), yet the US is fortunate enough to see them in a small intimate venue such as the South Side Music Hall. Kasabian put on a great show. Sound was amazing, you could feel every beat, loud yet clear. Excellent light show and audience interaction from the band. Go see other bands at the South Side Music Hall, it’s a great venue and go see Kasabian on this tour before they come back to the US playing larger venues with higher ticket prices. Body Surfing is optional. If in doubt view their YouTube video of the London O2 Concert. All this for a $20 ticket+ ticketmaster fees. Well done to Kasabian for playing a small venue with a small audience as if it’s the most important gig of their life.
This was the BEST concert I have ever been to. A small arena which made it that much better. The sound was amazing and the band rocked all their music.
This was simply the best show I have ever been to. Their music is distinctive and just rocks the whole place. The energy from Tom, Sergio, Chris, Ian, and Jay was tremendous. The crowd loved them and fed the energy back. It seemed like it was over too quickly, but that just meant I was having too much fun. I just don't see why the folks here in the states don't seem to know who they are when they are so huge in Europe and the UK. Everyone that I introduce them to loves their music and become fans, they just have never been introduced prior. The show rocks big time. If you have the opportunity to see them, you won't regret it. I'm going to go see them in Atlanta this weekend too. I can't wait.
Hi energy show, always a great venue. Played a good mix of new and old. Opening act Hacienda brought some good jams, as well. I wish there would have been more info about the venue/show specific...... Doors open at 7, Concert at 8 with opening act Hacienda, Kasabian onstage 9:15.... How come events can't get a little more specific?
This was my 2nd time to see Kasabian and both shows were equally amazing. Love these guys!!
