People where in my seats people where on the rails that didn’t belong in VIP… They couldn’t direct us to the VIP experience I was sent on a wild goose chase till the point where I missed it the food drinks souvenir missed all the VIP experience…I found that most of the people that purchased the VIP experience had the same situation. I was looking for info for the VIP experience from Ticketmaster but that email comes from VIP nation so I completely missed out....when I reached out to VIP nation they said oh well we can’t ship the souvenir to you which I asked bc I treated my little sister to the concert and really wanted her to get the VIP cord…We took a picture at a photo booth we still don’t have the picture…definitely not a VIP experience

Entry was quick and easy, merch was available inside and outside the stadium, it was easy to get up to use the restroom or buy food, and the view was great even from the rows further back! Amazing concert!

There was not one song where the crowd was screaming, crying or perriando to. Karol G is one of my favorite artists and watching her live was a memory that I will cherish. I am even going to try to see her again for her LATAM tour!! 🇨🇴🇩🇴
