The seats were terrific, close to exits, bathrooms, and food and drinks. Excellent view of action, staff were friendly, food is what you would expect of sporting event food. Easy parking access. Quick access to interstate after game.
Great seats, great price, great game... We will be back for sure!!! A great little secret in Kalamazoo... Friday night was $1 beer/pop/hot dog night... Cheaper than a movie and MUCH more entertaining...
It was great. We went for my son's birthday party/new years party and had a blast. Wings won 7-1. We had his name come across the big bored for his birthday. That is special to a nine year old. He will always have great memories.
My husband & I haven't been in 2 years & we took our 5 year old son for the first time. He absolutely loved everything about being at the k wings stadium. we will be going back & i have told everyone about this.
This was actually game 5, even though the title says game 3. The K-Wings ended up losing and therefore lost the series 4-1 but being there to see the championship was amazing. This is some of the fastest paced, most energetic hockey you can see for a ~$20 ticket and I highly recommend K-Wings games if you live in or around Kalamazoo!
This is an old arena nearing forty years old. The plexi glass appears to be that old as well. Definitely don't sit down close to the ice as the view is considerable distorted by the ancient scratched up glass. Fans are friendly, though not numerous. Free parking and one dollar beers on Friday nights a plus.
Well put on event. the seats are very small and tight for average sized people. All in all, a good experience.
The seats were amazing for purchasing last minute. There was also no charge for parking, which was surprising. The concession stands were out of some foods, but since it was the end of the season it's understandable. The seats were directly behind the penalty box. It was great being that close to the ice, but the extra wall of plexiglass got a little annoying.
we had seats right behing the penalty box for the Elmira Jackals. We are looking forward to taking in more games next year.
Great game, plenty of action, a K-Wings blowout! Brought 3 boys --- ages 8 to 11 --- they loved the event!
The hockey games were outstanding! We were lucky enough to see 2 hockey matches, One a club match then the pro match!! we're hooked! The only down side was the fact that the bar & grill that was advertised was not open and the stadium food was overpriced & just plain terrible!
My brother and I had a great time at the Wings game on Jan. 29th. I liked the "old-school" feel of Wings Stadium and the game was one of the more fast-paced games I've seen this season. And I've never seen a rink dyed yellow before, nice job!

Weak start, but the Wings pulled out a win on NY Eve! Dollar beers and dogs were a plus at this event.
The hockey game was good entertainment. However, the guy on the trumpet can get annoying.
Went on new year s eve...the game was exciting, frugal friday was great for my budget $1 dogs and beer was good for my pocketbook. The party afterward sucked a little but the smile on my kids faces were priceless.

I had a good time, The Irish Marching band was cool. They offered a wide variety of Alcoholic drinks (including liquor). And of course the Green Ice was a nice addition for St Patty's day. So as far as the Venue and operations it was great. The downer was that the K-wing blew a 2-0 lead and lost 3-6. I probably would have left early if i wouldn't have thought that maybe there would at least be a good fight. That didn't happen, which was a bummer.
This was a fun event, the stadium was a nice size, not overly big but not too small either. I enjoyed the fact that it felt more family orientated, a good place to take your kids for an evening out if they enjoy sports. I went to the game on a date and we really had a nice time.
