Excellent performance by both Paper tongues and K'naan. We had to wait for maybe 30 minutes between acts, which got a little tiring, but it was definitely worth it. Definitely worth it.

Rating: 4 out of 5by Raple on 11/4/10Showbox SODO - Seattle Rating: 5 out of 5 two great artists
by ptongues on 11/1/10Showbox SODO - Seattlepaper tongues was awesome live, even playing without their bass player who could not attend due to a death in the family. Still, they came out firing with great energy and played six or seven songs, finally ending with an emotionally-intense version of get higher then a highly energetic version of ride to california. k'naan was all passion, mixing old and new hits, with great renditions of wavin flag and take a minute, involving the crowd in both. Very good show.
Rating: 5 out of 5 K'naan brought the house down!!!!!!
by brynaan on 11/1/10Showbox SODO - SeattleI was really amazed that every song he performed the audience knew all the worlds. It is very rare that you find an artist where every song they do is a hit. Not very many artist can say that they have their songs recorded in 20 different languages
Rating: 5 out of 5by KRon91 on 10/20/10First Avenue - Minneapolis It was amazing seeing K'naan in Minneapolis, where he spent some time and also where there's a large Somalian population, many of whom also attended the show. He reached out to all of us, and at one point danced with a Somalian flag that a fan threw on stage. He had so much energy and emotion - incredible.

by Iceshoeshal on 10/18/10First Avenue - MinneapolisBy far one of the best concerts I have ever attended! K'NAAN has an energy that cannot be matched. His witty lyricism coupled with his punchy delivery make his shows unforgettable. In the past two years, I have seen him twice, and he's just getting better and better!
Rating: 5 out of 5 Simply Amazing
by Jenn825 on 10/18/10First Avenue - MinneapolisKNAAN was just like I thought he would be. AMAZING!!! It's true hip hop if he can knock it out live, just like he does on CD. I got to see KNAAN in person twice. It's nice to see he was out in the crowd and not stuffed in a limo....
Rating: 5 out of 5 Well worth the drive
by littlelou on 10/15/10House of Blues Boston - BostonWe drove down from Vermont to see K'Naan at The House of Blues in Boston. He put on a great show and the Paper Tongues were very high energy. The only negative was the wait time between the opener and K'Nann.

Rating: 5 out of 5 K'Naan's energy is boundless
by Anonymous on 10/11/10Webster Hall - New YorkMy first visit to Webster Hall was well worth the wait. My daughter and her friends wanted to see K'Naan, who I knew little about, and I said she could as long as I went too. Great call. He was amazing. Great sound. Great energy. Fabulous connection with his audience. His energy was high and infectious. It was like seeing a big star in a small venue. I did not going in knowing many of his songs but that did not make a difference at all. His music wraps you up and brings you in. I would definitely see him again
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 10/11/10Webster Hall - New York K'naan hosted an incredible show in a very cool venue.
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 10/11/10Webster Hall - New York AWESOME. Loved how friendly and comfortable he was with the audience, really got us going, especially for "Take A Minute" and "Wavin' Flag". A Cappella song at the end was great, would definitely see him again!
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 10/11/10Webster Hall - New York I love K'naan's music. His lyrics are brilliant and his energy remarkable. His description of the history and background of his songs along with the sound of the live performance bring a new dimension to his music when I listen to his cd's in the car.
