I have seen a lot of concerts in my lifetime but nothing will ever compare to the KD Lang concert. She is as amazing now as when I first heard her in the 80's. I just so wanted her to keep on singing. Feel very blessed to have been able to hear her in concert.
KD Lang was AWESOME. Was surprised that it was being filmed for PBS, so it's understandable she stuck to a specific format by singing the entire Ingenue album. Would have liked to heard Crying and others, but I need to quit my crying ... KD was a bit of heaven.
Great concert! KD put on a excellent and entertaining show.
The entire event was terrific. KD was fronted by a classical guitarist who came on stage exactly at show time. KD herself performed fir over 90 minutes, her voice strong and her humor ever present. A great evening.
K.D. Lang can still rock! She played nonstop and never missed a beat. Her voice strong as ever!!!
Amazing performance. kd lang has one of the most beautiful voices in history. She is truly a classic. She brings energy and spirit to the stage throughout the entire performance. She was so spellbinding I forgot to take pics!
KD Lang is one performer you won't want to miss if she comes to your city. Her voice is mesmerizing; Effortlessly she bolts out the Ingenue songs and other favorites and she sounds just like she does on her CD. She sang non stop for almost two hours, with the exception to introduce her band. I will go see her again if she comes to town. The crowd loved her. Great night!!
Dreadfully boring. No spark. We had waited for years to see her and were terribly disappointed. Left after 25 min.
K.D. Lang is an amazing talent. Her voice is truly amazing and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed her concert...right up until she went political & concluded that her entire audience shared her political viewpoint, based solely on sexual orientation. At that point, agenda overwhelmed all the talent she possessed for us. We had even purchased the high end VIP Meet & Greet tickets, but chose not to have our photo taken with Ms. Lang and instead ended our evening went a nice martini. Sadly, we’ll not see her again...solely because we firmly believe politics has no place in an entertainment venue. Very disappointed.
Fantastic Show. I went for the music and didn't expect much in regards to stage theatrics. That's exactly what I got. A fantastic opener with a fantastic show by kd lang. Glad I went"!
My husband & I were celebrating 28 years and 25 years ago we fell in love with this album. Every song on the album is so well done. K.D. Lang's voice was so mesmerizing the entire night. Thanks for bringing her to San Antonio!
Comfy Seats (orch row T) with good sight lines. k.d. lang is incredible, what a voice! Loved it! My first time at the Majestic and I thought it was great! Looking forward to the PBS show taped that night.

A very well-produced concert. Sound was impeccable. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it.
KD Lang still has it! She was amazing, entertaining and still has an awesome voice!
We were not told that this concert would be taped for PBS. When we arrived we were told to go to the box office. Our seats had been moved. That was okay except that I book far in advance to get seated where my husband, who has some mobility issues, will be comfortable. The camera boom was constantly moving overhead and around us. I don't know if this is true for all the Ingenue concerts but a classical guitarist played an opening set and then there was an intermission so the 8:00 p.m. concert didn't really start until 9. k. d. performed for an hour (the length of a PBS show) and then spent a lot of time talking. Then she performed 3 more songs. So it was very disjointed. The changing of seats seemed to be to have a "full house" on camera.
The concert was absolutely fantastic and there is no better than KD Lang...no matter if you are gay or straight, her talent and performance is just so fantastic, there are no words to accurately describe her talent. The concert was an absolute joy and we would definitely pay to see her again and again. The concert deserves a definite 10!
The voice, the songs all great. Wish she would have sung Skylark but a great show. Only one criticism: While the political comments were minimal, the audience still doen't need them. If she's just playing to her base, then it's a cheap way to get applause. If she just wants to express her political views, the she, like other performers, should realize that people paid to hear her sing, not editorialize. Again, the remarks were minimal, not like Streisand and so many other "enlightened star"s.
Enjoyed the concert thoroughly. Her voice is still amazing and she is a wonderful entertainer. Only thing that would have taken it over the top for me, would be if she had done a couple of her early country/western songs. Majestic is always a great setting to see someone like K.D. Lang because it is very intimate. Hope to see her again.
K D Lang is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The concert was great and the opening act was unexpected and very entertaining.
