About

Dominating the early 90s as part of Jodeci, a North Carolina Hall of Fame band, brother Cedric "K-Ci" and Joel "Jo-Jo" Hailey carried the success into their duo venture as K-Ci & Jo-Jo. The R&B duo's vocals never fail to lull the audience with their smooth, romantic tunes or have them swaying side to side to their sultry vocals. Tickets to a K-Ci & Jo-Jo concert will show fans that some things do get better with age; the duo doesn't fail to deliver when it comes to their strong vocals. September 2013 saw the release of their fifth and latest album My Brother's Keeper. which peaked at No. 20 on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, K-Ci & Jo-Jo had their beginnings in the church choir but left to form Jodeci with the DeGrate brothers. Jodeci enjoyed success from 1991-1995, but the first signs of independence appeared when K-Ci recorded a cover of "If You Think You're Lonely now" for a film in 1994. In 1997, they debuted with their first album Love Always. The single "All My Life," which held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks, skyrocketed K-Ci & Jo-Jo into the limelight. From there, the Hailey brothers released It's Real in 1999, X in 2000, Emotional in 2002 and My Brother's Keeper in 2013. K-Ci & Jo-Jo were awarded both the American Music Award for Favorite R&B Band/Duo/Group and the Blockbuster Award for Best Group - R&B in 1999. The No. 1 hit "All My Life" has undoubtedly become a timeless ballad whose message and depth will carry into future generations. While no tours are planned in 2014 for the talented R&B duo, fans can listen to K-Ci & Jo-Jo perform at various concert venues around the nation.

    DRU HILL!!!!!

by CBooHou on 11/21/10House of Blues-Houston - Houston

Dru Hill definately killed the show and were HOTT! K- Ci was himself and JoJo has lost his touch. His sound was horrible and was off key the entire show. He had to let the audience sing along to redeem himself. I'm still glad I went to the show, but the Come Clean show hasn't worked all the way yet for the duo. But extra big props to Dru Hill and their show. And I loved when the 2 groups came together to perform Jodeci songs. Last but not least, K-Ci and JoJo need to work on their exit from the stage. They just sang the last song and literally said "bye" and walked off the stage. That was a hott mess.

    Totally worth it!

by MIAHAMM on 11/19/10House of Blues - Houston

Dru Hill hasn't lost a STEP! They danced, sang, had crowd participation ... the whole 9! I would pay to see them again in an instant!!! KCi& Jojo did their best. Since their songs are so popular I don't think anyone noticed they weren't singing that much because we were singing so loudly. I would gladly see them again. However, Dru Hill could headline on their own if they wanted! ALSO- SIsqo doesn't do a solo set ( I wish he would have!) But the two groups perform some songs together!

    K-Ci & Jojo were legendary

by lilone24 on 11/16/10Club Nokia - Los Angeles

Other than the fact that K-ci was on something and could not stay on stage, the concert was amazing. The venue reminded me of house of blues, which is smaller but nice. Dru Hill were on point. only downside, is the seats aren't stadium seating. so we had some crazy people jumping in front of us and singing off key the whole concert.

by tinkerbell31 on 11/15/10Club Nokia - Los Angeles

I was quite surprised with Dru Hill. I didn't realize how many songs i knew and they were awesome performers. Choreography was amazing. K-ci & Jo-Jo was exactly what i expected. My money was well spent. And Club nokia is a very nice venue. I will definitely be attending more concerts there in the near future. Take advantage of the v.i.p room. very nice ambiance.

We'll I cant believe how K-Ci was acting during the show. I spent money for a VIP performance and was very displeased by the K-Ci and Jo-Jo Concert, I can however say my money was worth it becasue DRU HILL showed out, if it werent for them I would want a refund!!! K-Ci you really need to get it together!!!

by misscat07 on 11/15/10Club Nokia - Los Angeles

After many year away from the music business, K-Ci & Jo-Jo put on a very entertaining show. I only wish they would have performed longer. I hope they are here to stay for a while.

If you went expecting a good show. Sorry it wasnt it. But if you went to enjoy some music and see a bunch of old guys acting 20 then that was the spot to be. There is really not much to say. Contemplate if it is worth what you pay. I payed VIP and was dissapointed. the Concierge didn't wven wait on us. there was very little bar staff. overall poor

Dru Hill was Great , K-Ci and Jo Jo were horrible!

by MsGthatsme on 11/13/10Club Nokia - Los Angeles

The show opened with an unamed female singer who was O.K. to say the least. Dru Hill was GREAT!!! I did not like the fact that they sang to a track but they still sound really good live. The featured act had me thinking OMG WTF why am I here. Rehab should not be an option it should be a requirement. I loved them back in the day, but they let their lifestyles cosume them and cause a detriment to their careers.

It was a nice concert. But it started very late and lasted only a short while. The artists could have given more for the people's money.

    K-Ci & Jo-Jo was FORGETTABLE

by HEAK on 8/11/10Janus Landing - St. Petersburg

The worst concert I have ever been. They showed up 3 hours late and when they started to sign or attempted to sign was like listening to a broken engine. Jojo couldn't sing at all. Both looked like they were very drunk. And after all this long wait and bad singing they didn't even sing a hit song and they where gone 50 minutes later. So disappointing......
