    So much fun!

by Spudwil on 11/18/19Orpheum Theatre - Vancouver

This was the perfect antidote to a stressful week at work. We laughed until our faces hurt! We were with a group of 8 friends and went out for happy hour before the show. Highly recommended!!

    A very fun night

by Mosey on 11/18/19Orpheum Theatre - Vancouver

Great show full of funny people. Rick has so many hilarious stories. And Ivan decker has been one of our favorites for a couple of years now. The other 3 comedians were very funny also.

Both opening acts were great and Dane was in fine form. A great night of laughter and a lot of truth!

    Terrible acoustics in Southam Hall

by JanB59 on 11/10/15National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

We drove 3 hours to come to this performance, and the comedians were great. Our seats seemed great too - Loge with no obstructions. However, in a stand up comedy show, the most important thing is hearing the comedians. If they raised their voices just a little bit, it was impossible to hear what they were saying. The acoustics were terrible! It was just reverberation. This could and should have been fixed after the first few minutes when it was evident. But nothing was done to make it better. Very disappointing.

    Love Brit comedy except...

by BritFan32 on 11/7/11National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - Ottawa

I really liked the show except for Terry Alderton. I am a big fan of all types of humour, especially British, but I didn't find him really entertaining, although a lot of people seemed to like it. Who wants to hear someone do race track noises for what seemed like five minutes? And the turned-around-double-voice thing got old very quickly. The only bit I liked was him pretending to be a video game avatar walking into the walls. I wanted to hear Brit-type stand up humour e.g. a Brit's view of North American life.

This was the funniest show I have ever been to. The opening acts were hilarious (I wish I knew their names). Kevin Hart is so funny, I would go see his shows again and again!!!
