    Very cool!

    by M&M on 3/16/24Katy Mills - Houston

This was done in part by Universal, so it had outstanding production value. Lots of fun and lots to do, so it didn’t feel at all like they had done it on the cheap. Kids loved it! May be intense in some moments for very young children.

Some really great bits but hard to hear

by Nik on 3/14/24Katy Mills - Houston

We started off well but unfortunately the group behind us were let in very quickly and a quite a few of them just blasted through the exhibit and went in front of us. The mics needed to be turned up quite as bit as we couldn’t hear a lot of what was being said over the noise of the large group of people who talked all the way through it. The animatronics were amazing especially the T-Rex and the actors were very good. The stand out one being the guy with the T-Rex, he was excellent. Blu was disappointing as that’s the main thing my niece wanted to see. All in all, worth the trip. Staff very good. The sound needs to go way up on the actors and it would help to have more control of the audience and to stop other groups pushing past so we can hear and enjoy the experience more.

    You’ll forget they aren’t real

    by Halo on 3/13/24

My son and I are huge animatronic fans and this attraction did not disappoint. We got there, scanned our tickets and walked right in. Yes, they have a herding system and you’re guided through the rooms. Go early if you don’t want to be super rushed. It took us 30 minutes and I felt like I saw everything. The actors were also fantastic. I loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny we paid and the 4 hour round trip from Galveston. It’s absolutely a fully immersive experience like no other.

    Lack luster

by Patty on 3/13/24Katy Mills - Houston

Ticket event time was for 3:30pm, after waiting in line for 1 hr. & 1/2 we finally made it inside to be greeted by a female with a beard. Started having the weird carnival feelings come over me as I looked over and saw another employee who maybe was a guy with makeup. We had our 3yr old grandson with us and we felt the staff was questionable. The animatronics were pretty good but the length of the event was extremely short and the amount of people who were let in was over crowding leaving no space to actually see or enjoy much with out being crammed into small spaces. It was all for the kid, but as an over all experience we were not very impressed.

    Amazing

by Leon on 3/13/24Katy Mills - Houston

It was just as amazing as last time and they even updated Blues Head to look more like the film. The gift shop was a bit lacking in my opinion, not as much of a selection as last time and there wasn’t an exclusive artist shirt like there was last time as well. But over all it was amazing

    Fun for the whole family

by Frank on 3/13/24Katy Mills - Houston

Well laid out exhibit. Guides were great and very knowledgeable. All the exhibits were very realistic. A bit of a wait to get in at the beginning, but worth it.

It was good but could have been better

by Chan on 3/13/24Katy Mills - Houston

The exhibit was good for the kids but seemed to be a bit unorganized in the fact that it was so crowded to the point you had to scramble to get a good spot for the kids to actually enjoy the exhibits. I think if there were less people in the rooms at a time, it would have been a better experience.

    Fun Experience

by Matt on 3/13/24Katy Mills - Houston

We were traveling to Houston and I looked up events going on and this popped up. Being a long time fan of the books and the movies I wanted to check it out. Staff were friendly and easy to approach. Any questions we had were answered. The experience itself was fun. Nothing looked cheesy, minus one small bit, but at the end of the day it didn’t lessen the experience. I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan. For parents with young kids, we had several different with us and nothing seemed to scary to them. But that varies per person.

by Gma on 3/12/24Katy Mills - Houston

Ok for kids, ages 2 1/2 to 7. . A little scary but no tears. A little pricey for what you get. Prices for souvenirs was alot! Long line and wait of 30 + minutes before even entering.

    Mother, Son date

by Shell on 3/12/24Katy Mills - Houston

We purchased tickets to the 2:30 show. We were upset bc we stood in line for 1 hour only to finally make it inside and have to stand in another line for 30 minutes before the chose to do something different. I didn't like how we were initially rushed at every point. I only knew that I could decide to stay back and not follow the group bc a friend told me so bc she had purchased tickets for the previous day. We didn't finish up until 5pm with us actually being inside enjoying what we paid for for only 45 minutes. Although my son loved the experience I won't be returning. I feel as if I spent more time standing in lines than actually enjoying what I paid for.

    So so ...

by Anders Madsen on 3/12/24Katy Mills - Houston

We had to wait more than 1.5h in line before we finally managed to get in. The experience itself was nice and very well made. A bit less dinosaurs than I had expected, but overall a good experience.

    Chaos

by Kat on 3/12/24Katy Mills - Houston

After 30 minutes of waiting in line after our appointment time, we finally gave up. The portable bathrooms were filthy. Very bad organization.

    Almost awesome

by Tony on 3/12/24Katy Mills - Houston

The attraction itself was cool, but the experience was soured by the fact that clearly the event was oversold. We had tickets for 4pm entry and at 4:45 we were still waiting to get inside. Some of the attractions malfunctioned too.

    Definitely Worth the Price

    by Eduardo on 3/11/24

Lines to get inside were a bit long but definitely worth it. My kids loved it and had a great experience. We were not rushed and took plenty of photos and videos.
