About

Created by the Emmy®-winning writer from "Schitt's Creek," this hilarious new musical flips the script on the greatest love story ever told. & Juliet asks: what would happen next if Juliet didn't end it all over Romeo? Get whisked away on a fabulous journey as she ditches her famous ending for a fresh beginning and a second chance at life and love--her way.

Juliet's new story bursts to life through a playlist of pop anthems as iconic as her name, including "Since U Been Gone" "Roar," "Baby One More Time," "Larger Than Life" "That's The Way It Is," and "Can't Stop the Feeling!"--all from the genius songwriter/producer behind more #1 hits than any other artist this century. Break free of the balcony scene and get into this romantic comedy that proves there's life after Romeo. The only thing tragic would be missing it.

Love this show so so so so much!!! Saw it on Broadway and loved it so decided to see it on tour as well and it lived right up to the expectation! Truly such an amazing show and tells such a heartwarming and moving story! If not for the story go for Rachel Webb, her voice is something that you won’t ever get to experience again! A masterpiece!

Good Show! Voices were amazing. But it’s a “new” type of theater performance. Meaning little to no sets, it does a digital/AI screen as part of the performance and set. Very political woke type humor if yr into that. 3/4th of the theater was laughing, some older folks walked out. Modern dance/choreography (like stomp type) I’m a more traditional Broadway Theater person. I like the sets, costumes and flair of Broadway (like Wicked) Glad I saw it. Check it off the bucket list (but probably wouldn’t see it again.) **The theater needs to stop selling “snacks” the people behind me crinkled bags the entire show Act 1 and 2!

We had first row balcony seats this time. A woman sang and talked the entire time. I did mention it to an usher only to be told that we were welcome to sits In any empty seats (there were plenty high up).

  • AMAZING SHOW!!!

Aside from the basic premise and the music, I came to the show completely blind about it. Wow, was I enthralled by it! The music fit seamlessly into the story as best as any jukebox musical could. The stage design was amazing. My wife and I loved every moment of the play and were shocked how fast it went by. We wish it had stayed in Houston longer because we would have seen it again.

  • &Juliet was so refreshing & clever

My friends and I, all in our 60s, loved the originality and twist on an old story using some current and other popular music from recent decades! The dancing was fun and the story line funny! I think as far as "jukebox musicals"go this is one of the best!

  • Entertaining and fun

& Juliet was so much better than I expected. From start to finish, I was consumed by the dance and music. The story was easy to follow and the talent was extraordinary. I highly recommend seeing this play. Similar to Moulin Rouge with recognized songs, but better I thought. Audience participation was fun to see as well. "A"in my book.

  • An 80s Kid Dream Show

    by *nsyncwith&Juliet on 11/18/24Citizens Opera House - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

This show was… everything. It was a celebration of being born mid-80s and getting to see and hear all our favorite boy bands, power female vocalists resurrect from the crypt to give a performance so incredible, it leaves you searching for a way to get to another one. I loved & Juliet wholeheartedly from the music, to the plot line, to the comic relief around every corner. I may have loved it most of all, however, for the lead it allowed Juliet to have. I miss it already. Since you’ve been gone… I need to come find you again!
