    First time at Harry Shearer & Judith Owen's: Christmas Without Tears! Didn't know what to expect and really enjoyed it. Great experience for a local New Orleanian or someone visiting. Looking forward to next year!

    Judith was in control. Great vocals, and what a character. She was really entertaining and great British humor (with maybe a influence from her husband Harry Shearer). Nice varied song selection. The band was smoking. Everyone was superb. I can't believe the Preservation Hall leader Kevin Louis was on trumpet. Couldn't have asked for more. Please make sure Jimmy's Jazz and Blue Club books her again in the future!

    Judith Owen is someone you want to see. A real show person. She is funny, energetic, stylish, and talented. She a real firecracker on stage. Her music is 50’s-60’s jazz and blues and the musicians in her band lend to this sound. Her Trumpet player is as fun to watch as he is to listen to. Judith in person is a pleasure to speak with and thankful to her fans. Will I go to see her again? That’s a resounding YES!

    She was EXCELLENT!!! She has quite a bit of personality, all fun and entertaining, and she really commits herself to the performance. I would not hesitate to see her again - whenever I can!
