From the moment Joy got on stage she couldn't say 2 sentences without me laughing. There really isn't much else to say about it. I would've given 5 stars, but there were a few dull moments. The opening act sucked. Plus there were a lot of really drunk people trying to be funny.
We were disappointed in Joy's delivery. We had hoped to see at least what we usually see on The View, and expected much more verve. The audience wasn't very kind or responsive and I think that put a damper on her performance.
I absolutely love her to begin with.....so going in i knew i would be happy. However I didnt know how well everything would turn out. The venue was amazing.....really not a bad seat in the house! Lighting, sound...it was all good. The bar area was great and easily accessable....I would definetly go to another show here!!!! And thank you Motor City for bringing such a good act to us!!!!!
I thought Joy had a great sense of humor. I thought she might be crude, but she had great humor. I watch her on the View and now I like her even more. She held a great show that was classy.
The show its self was very good. The venue seating is not very good,. There were too many poles, etc. Oue view of the stage and the screen were both blocked.
