I was very excited to attend the Josh Weathers concert at Tannahill's venue on August 2, 2024, for my 27th anniversary. We had reservations for dinner and I was disappointed in that as well. My husband's order was wrong and had to be remade and the cost was high for what you got. We tried after dinner to go directly to the concert and were told we had to go outside and enter to go through security. When we did that the line was all the way around the corner on Exchange, but it moved very quickly. Once we got through the line and entered the venue, it was very hot and over crowded. I realize the concert was sold out (good for you Josh Weathers), but it was a bit ridiculous. The AC did not work hardly at all and my group of 4 was forced to stand at the back of the venue where the sound was less than great. When the music was playing it was fine, but every time Josh Weathers spoke, we could not hear clearly what he was saying and he tells a good story. So sorry to have missed that. The bars in the venue were too crowded and you could not tell where the line began and the crowd ended. Overall, I was unimpressed with Tannahill's and will not return. I will continue to be a fan of Josh Weathers, but will opt to see him other places.
Awesome experience and concert. Josh and the boys never disappoint and if you have never seen Josh & Co. find a date and get ready to be entertained!!!
Josh’s music knowledge and vocal range are simply incredible. The band was amazing. The harmonies perfect. The crowd sang along to dang near every song. I can’t wait to see him again.
It was too crowded as his fan base is growing and growing. He needs a bigger space for future concerts.
All it takes is just one show. Just one show and you are HOOKED. Been hooked since 2013. If you get the chance to go to a show, don't miss out.
Josh and guys have stepped it up to the next level. Do not regret missing his concert...buy the tickets!
Josh Weathers and his band are amazing and it could not have been better. If you are looking for pure and just heart felt music, you should never miss seeing these guys in any capacity. I could listen to them all night and what a fun venue to have a concert as well. They are just down to earth, great musicians, fun and hearts of gold and ministry driven; They love God, music, family and they give back. I see them (or him) every chance I get and believe they are a blessing to us all.
Had trouble downloading our ticket. Thought we weren’t going to be able to get in. It was miserable standing. Stockyards was packed. No place to eat. It was cold. Ended up leaving early. Glad we didn’t pay more than we did for our first experience there. Next time will plan ahead so we can get dinner reservation and maybe pay extra for VIP so we can sit. It’s a small enough place to be able to see the stage and sound was good.
Super high energy from the start to amazing finish. Josh and his band are just such incredibly talented musicians. He plays the best bluesy rock guitar ever. Best part is his amazing voice and range - such clarity and strength in so many octaves. Versatility - in addition to their fantastic original songs off at least 3 CD's, I have heard Josh perfectly do Michael Jackson, Sinead O'Connor, Peter Frampton, Brooks and Dunn, Jonny Lang, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash on and on - this guy is so amazingly talented. I play his CD's in my office all the time and patients ask me constantly who he is because of the sound and style and his voice. This is one of the best shows ever. I watched the crowd at Billy Bob's and young and old alike were up groovin or jumpin or dancin non-stop the whole time. I pray that Billy Bob's will be smart and have them return again and again, and I will be front and center every time waiting for my favorite "Let Me Be The One."
