About

Country bass crooner Josh Turner has one of the most recognizable – and deepest – voices in country music. With his fifth album, 2012’s Punching Bag, Turner added yet another entry to a string of chart-topping albums, achieving one of his biggest hits to date with single “Time Is Love.” As a child, Turner honed his unique voice singing bass in church choir quartets before heading to Nashville to pursue his passion – country music. His platinum-certified 2003 debut Long Black Train was an instant hit, rising to No. 3 on the country charts on the strength of its title track and lead single. Sophomore album Your Man would peak at No. 1 on the Country Albums chart, followed by 2007’s Everything is Fine and 2010’s Haywire, the latter featuring No. 1 hits “Why Don’t We Just Dance” and “All Over Me.” Turner is known for putting on one of the most entertaining live concerts in country music, building anticipation among ticket buyers for his upcoming 2014 tour.

    We had a great time at the Josh Turner concert. Bonus to also see Dillon Carmichael and Tracy Lawrence. We been to the performing arts center many times. Always a good venue.

    Always love it when Josh comes to town! I make it a point to see him annually (usually at the Alabama theater) but got lucky this year and got to see him twice since he paired up with another favorite, Tracy Lawrence! Got the best of two worlds!

    Had a wonderful time at the Josh Turner concert!! Great singing as always, but what I wasn’t expecting was his sense of humor! He so funny and made everyone laugh and sing along! Would definitely see again!!

    Loved the concert. Spencer hatcher and his band was great and josh turner was one of the best performers I've seen in person. Will definitely see both of them again when they are back in town.

    Great concer! Josh is very intertaining.Keeps the audience engaged with him the whole time. Enjoyed the patriotic vibe. Highly recommend seeing.

    Unfortunately Tracy Lawrence was sick and was not able to perfom However, Josh Turner brought so much talent to the stage. He was engaging with the crowd and the crowd reciprocated. There were so many age differences from young to old. I am sure some people didn't attend after hearing that Tracy was ill. Those people missed out on a great show!! Definately their loss because Josh was awesome!

    Hands down one of my favorite concerts ever. The venue is excellent but Josh was just the best! Played all the best songs and was just a great night. Would see him again for sure.
