About

Jordan Davis In Concert

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1988, country singer Jordan Davis has Southern music roots that run deep—not only is his brother also a country singer, but his uncle, Stan Davis, wrote multiple hits for Billboard-topping country singer Tracy Lawrence. It would be putting it mildly to say that Davis grew up around music, but, ironically, he didn't pursue it as a career until after finishing his degree in conservation at Louisiana State University. Moving to Nashville in 2012, Davis would be exposed to a bright, hard-hitting world of singer-songwriters, citing John Prine and Jason Isbell among his favorites. Synthesizing his influences, Davis worked to come up with a smart, R&B-flavored brand of country rock, and he signed with Universal Music Group Nashville in 2016.

Davis' playful, romantic 2017 single "Singles You Up" reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Country Airplay chart and No. 4 on the U.S. Country chart, eventually going Platinum. The song also wound up on Spotify's Global Viral 50 chart. Davis' second single, "Take It From Me," a feel-good tune anchored by big, twangy riffs, has also performed well since its 2018 release. A singer-songwriter at his core, Davis filled out his debut studio album, ‘Home State,' with 10 more great songs, cowriting each one with pop rocker Paul DiGiovanni (Boys Like Girls), who also produced the album. ‘Home State' bears a pop-country energy that brings to mind musicians like Sam Hunt and Jason Aldean, and it reached No. 6 on Billboard's U.S. Top Country Albums. In 2017, Davis toured with country rocker Kip Moore's Plead the Fifth Tour. Davis embarked on his first headlining tour, the White Wine and Whiskey Tour, supported by Jillian Jacqueline, in February 2018, which took him to all corners of the U.S.

    Jordan Davis

by EM on 2/8/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

Jordan Davis did an amazing job. He killed it. The venue was too crowded. Sell less tickets and charge more.

    Jordan Davis was AMAZING!

by Nicole on 2/8/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

Jordan Davis was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the venue is awful and allows triple the amount of people inside so you literally cannot breathe. You can barely see but people are on top of you. You can’t go to the bathroom you literally can’t move until the show is over. Do not go to an event at the house of blues!!

Fantastic Performance w/ Bonus Inspiring Messages

by Zack on 2/6/23The Union - Salt Lake City

Jordan is amazing live. He has so many great songs and he crushed them. Also got to know him a little bit as he shared background into songs and his personal life/beliefs. When he is back in SLC I will go again.

Jordan should be in a bigger venue

by Kathie on 2/5/23The Union - Salt Lake City

Jordan was excellent! Hard to get a good view with everyone standing and being short.

    The union event center

by Andie on 2/5/23The Union - Salt Lake City

It was very disappointing. Very hot and could not see the stage. No matter where we migrated to we could not see. The building is horribly designed. So if you want to see the back of heads the whole time it's a great show.

Great performance! Venue could be better!

by Kathy B on 2/5/23The Union - Salt Lake City

Jordan Davis was exceptional! The Union in Salt Lake City was hot and no room to move around. No fans or air were going. Felt so bad for him because of how hot it was. Next time turn on the fan for all the guest!!

    Loved it

    by J. d. on 1/18/23

I once considered selling my Kane brown tickets to see Jordan. Come to find out he was an opening act, by far the best show I've ever seen personally. I wish he was close enough to go again soon! :(

    opening act better

by kayleigh on 9/2/22DuQuoin State Fair - Duquoin

My best friend and I went primarily to see Maddie and Tae because we've been fans for years. Their performance was amazing! Jordan Davis', not so much. This guy has so few songs of his own that he did no less than 5 covers, including a TikTok song (blegh). He should be the one opening for Maddie and Tae. Also the sound engineer turned up the volume a lot for Jordan to the point it hurt.

    Awesome!

by Bcharlene on 9/2/22DuQuoin State Fair - Duquoin

The venue was great! It was a nice, smaller option. Great seats plus a screen to see the show. Jordan Davis puts on a great show! Always full of energy and gives background. Will definitely see him for the third time!

    Great venue!

by Meg on 8/22/2212 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino Amphitheater - Manson

My first time attending a concert at the Chelan casino. Band was great but they only played for a little over an hour. Shortest paid concert I had EVER been too. And what’s up with no beer or wine sold after 8pm? The band started at 7:20pm & ended around 8:20pm…. so I guess it made sense to close the concessions at 8pm. Short short too fing short!

    More vendors and restrooms

by Timmer on 8/22/2212 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino Amphitheater - Manson

While the venue is awesome, it totally lacks vendors and restrooms! Kind of a short show.

    Well seats

by Na on 8/21/2212 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino Amphitheater - Manson

The performance was good my bad experience was due to what happened with my seat. There was a large family with a lot of kids behind us the parents decided to allow there children into the seats next to us and one of the children to stand on my seat they did not even ask me if it was alright for the child to stand on the seat i paid 75 dollars for i was very disappointed with that experience as i did not see anyone i could report this to.

    Shortest concert ever

by Laura on 8/21/2212 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino Amphitheater - Manson

So our tickets said the concert was from 7-11. We “assumed” there was an opener (bad assumption). We came in at 7:45 and he ended the concert at 8:30 if not before. It was fun while it lasted but not a lot of audience connection from him and the obvious- way too short considering the cost. He’s lucky I gave him 3 stars

    Quite an experience!

by Lyndsay on 6/22/22Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium - Canton

Jordan was absolutely amazing! The Football Hall of Fame was a perfect spot for a concert and the VIP touches made the night worth it!

Great crowd and a awesome experience. The facility was really nice - great sound, easy to use the restroom and get refreshments. Jordan Davis killed it! We will be back.
