About

JON PARDI IN CONCERT:

Singer-songwriter Jon Pardi is taking over the country airwaves with his popular hit "Up All Night", and he brings the song to life during his energetic live shows. Combining gritty guitars with his southern drawl, Pardi gets fans wild and rowdy when he rocks the stage sporting his white electric guitar and matching cowboy hat. Whether he's taking a shot of Jack between songs or interacting with his fans, Pardi puts on one helluva performance that ticket buyers won't soon forget.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Born in northern California, Jon Pardi formed his first band at the age of 14 and possessed plenty of stage presence even at that early age. After deciding to pursue music full time, Pardi moved out east to Nashville where he worked as a lifeguard by day and a musician by night. He quickly caught the attention of a music publishing company, landed a deal soon after, and began writing songs and recording demos for other artists. Label execs started to notice the country crooner, and he became known for his fun-filled lyrics and exciting performances throughout Music City. He broke out with his 2014 debut album Write You A Song, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Country charts and featured the anthemic Top 10 single "Up All Night". Since then he's toured with country greats like Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and Alan Jackson, earning thousands of new fans while on the road, stopping at venues like the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. Pardi continues to charm ticket buyers with his upbeat country pop tunes during his can’t-miss sets.

Love his music but the sound quality was horrible

by A.Ruiz on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

They definitely need to dial in sound quality. Even his slower songs were at max volume through the speaker with bass and didn’t do his voice justice. Since when were concerts just about playing as loud as possible?!

    All groups fantastic

Loved all 3 acts. Midland happens to be a fav of mine. They could use some work on the sound side of things otherwise it was great.

Sound was awful 2nd level the performance great.

by Sadie on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

In the stadium the sound was off couldn't understand talking, sing & voices well. Did they only use your sound system not MattKnight Arena? That would explain it. Been to over dozen concerts at MattKnight Arena they sound been perfect. The entire concerts from 1st, Midland & Jon got a tad bit better but the sound was weird off. Even the people around me agreed it wasn't good. Next time but the stadium sound system. I've seen Jon & Midland couple times at MattKnight Arena & it was never this bad in sound. Maybe only using your sound system the speakers pointed away because I was sitting next to stage right side 2nd level maybe that way sounded bad. The only other time I heard sound was bad years ago Jason Aldean concert at MattKnight Arena. Look into it because I don't know next time you come through I want to spend $ if sound bad or off. I bought6 tickets everyone agreed it was off we have heard sound better in other concerts there. I hope you fix it or fire your sound person & trying sitting in different areas in stadium to test it before performance. That's why the low score. The performance was good & would go again just fix the sound.

by Grace on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

Concert was good. He had a lot of energy! I am usually on the floor. Unfortunately I could only get tickets for the 200 section. The sound was muffled The screen was blocked by something hanging down from the ceiling Otherwise it was good not great.

    Show was awesome

by Concert junkie on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

Jon Pardi was excellent as always I’ve seen three of his concerts and he sounds just like he does on the radio. We like to pay extra and go to the VIP lounge but it wasn’t what others have been. There’s usually a warm-up with one of the bands and photo ops, and nobody was eating the food

    WOW!!

by sonotech on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

Jon Pardi sang all of his songs that you hear on the radio. He has a wonderful personality and talked with the audience. The opening acts were good also. The entire concert was over 3 hours long. Well worth the price I paid for our tickets.

Our section could not make out the words because of sound

by Jessica on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

We bout tickets to take family that had come from Arizona. We were in the 203 , H section and the sound was horrible. We could not make out the words. The people infront of us and behind us chatted with us about the same issues. The tickets cost almost 400 dollars . We had a good time being with our family, but very sad about the concert sound.

    Mostly Good

by Pardi Fan on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

Jon Pardi is awesome. Played all his good songs and the arena was rocking all night! The sound at the arena was really not that good and seemed off. I couldn’t figure out exactly what it was and it was hard to identify his songs until 10 seconds in sometimes. I normally can get them within the first couple notes. Was kind of bummed about that because in previous shows he sounds just like his album. Other than that, great show!

    Sound quality was beyond horrible

by Momof12 on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

We were in section 203, and had reserved 12 seats. Some of us had driven more than three hours to get there, one way. The sound was so bad we could not understand a single word said or sung. The speakers are projected straightforward. In speaking with people on the other side as well, they were also unable to hear. It was a huge disappointment after spending $600. I wish there were a way to get our money back.

    Venue Acoustics were Terrible

by RH on 2/20/24Matthew Knight Arena - Eugene

I will say that I have been to quite a few concerts at Matthew Knight arena. I was just there last month for Parker McCollum. The acoustics during that concert or horrendous to the point where it was difficult to make out what they were even singing. I had better seats this go around for Jon Pardi. I am a huge Jon Pardi fan and even bigger Midland fan. This was my third time seeing party and second time seeing Midland. The acoustics were so bad during Midland's set, it was again difficult to understand the words they were saying. Thankfully I knew their songs by heart and could still sing along to the music. Jon Pardi was fantastic as always. He puts on such a great concert. I would most definitely pay to see him again The artists needs to hold Matthew Knight arena accountable for those bad acoustics. The three-star rating is not for the performance, but for the terrible venue sound.

Know a few things about seating

by Hyperope on 2/19/24Angel Of The Winds Arena - Everett

This might have been my fault, but know that when your ticket says Row 10, it's not what you think. There was a whole section in front before it starts at 10. Row 10 actually is more like row 30. The arena was good. Problem one, No bag check for those that brought stuff like purses. Had to uber back to the hotel(again, my fault for not seeing the purse on my date). Not near enough beverage, food vendors. Lines where long, and they ran out of alcohol fairly early. No draft beer on the floor? Concert was good, I would see him again and attend the same arena.

    Awesome night

by QueenBeeII on 2/19/24Angel Of The Winds Arena - Everett

There were 4 of us and we all had a great night! Jon Pardi was sooooo good. Not sure what I expected but he was very entertaining. I purposefully chose seats with a wall behind us so if we stood up we wouldn’t be blocking anyone else’s view. That worked out great. Bathrooms were clean. Great selection of beverages.
