Great entertainment, Jon Batiste is a wonderful musician. Had a great time.

I love Jon Batiste. He is an electric performer! The concert was a little shorter than expected, and he played fewer songs than I would like. He did alot of improvising and audience participation, and spent more time on each song. I wish he had played a bit longer so we could hear more songs.

Jon has so much energy and interacted with the audience many times to get everyone involved. He played six different instruments and showed his wonderful voice too. So good to see him and his band again.

The Live Nation staff did a great job at moving the line in and then the VIP lounge was very nice. We did an upsell Once we got in our seats, and so happy that we did that for this sold out concert! Jon Batiste was absolutely amazing! I love the way he played the crowd! Once again, the staff at the Murat theater did an amazing job!

This was, without a doubt, the BEST concert and lovefest ever!! Can't wait until Jon tours again!!

My wife and I loved the concert and all the positive energy. Jon is such a joyful performer who is so talented and played ALL the instruments. Hope to see him again!

What an amazing, enjoyable evening and concert. I have not sufficient words or praise for Jon Batiste and the concert. Jon is absolute genius. He is a gift and pure unsurpassed talent in all respects. Had he and the ensemble performed a second night I would have been in the audience again. I can only hope he returns to Detroit again very near future.

When you see staff members with their fingers in their ears, you know the sound system is too loud. I think Jon Batiste is the best performer I've seen on stage. Stellar performance. I was disappointed that I could barely make out his words because the amplification was too loud. He spoke and it was muffled by background noise. I enjoyed the performance, but please, loudest is not best.

I decided to see Jon Batiste after seeing the special on Netflix. His loving spirit and of course his talent motivated me to see him in person. All of that compassion filled the room and the talent shown was beyond comparison. I am a fan!

Jon Batiste put on an exciting show that had the audience signing along, clapping, standing, and dancing! His band was also exceptional, as was the female singer who played a major role. Watch the movie American Symphony to get more insight to the great person he is. He spreads messages of love, energy, excellence, and caring through his artistry. I will attend again the next time he is nearby.

This was a great concert in every way! The Fillmore Theatre is an old and very beautiful venue. Jon Batiste is an exceptional performer who promotes positivity and inclusive culture with his musical talents. And I also want to give a big shout out to the concert staff!! They assisted my sister up the stairs and to her seat. And they returned at the end of the show to help her down the stairs. This theatre was built before there were elevators so the assistance by the staff was very much appreciated.

The venue processed a long GA line quickly and efficiently. Beverages and bathrooms were easily accessible to able bodied people. Batiste came out on time and was *so* present. I'm sure they were following the usual setlist, but he and his band made it feel organic and energized. The show went for almost 2 hours with the encore but it felt the it ended way too soon, even though we were on our feet dancing the whole show. The band (necessarily without the stand up bass player) marched through the main floor audience, then the balcony, then the 2nd balcony. He kept saying 'I don't know you but I love you':)

I was looking forward to hearing some of Jon Batiste Jazz music and there was very little in this concert. He hardly played the piano and the new music was not very interesting.
