Bought the tickets with the hope to see dorks Bentley as it said he would be one of the performers. He was on the list but the night of the show they changed the list and he wasn’t there. The main reason I bought the tickets was to see him but he didn’t play
It was a great show but it it went on for ever. It started at 7pm & when I left at 12:30am it was still going strong. This should have started earlier in the day.
Either I made mistake or something changed but I thought Deirks Bentley was suppose to be there and I had no clue it would last as long as it did, left after 3 hours.
Bought tickets for the Dr. Ralph Stanley tribute concert weeks in advance. Always loved his work and bluegrass. Many of the advertised acts never appeared, instead it was a parade of third tier acts. And the parade lasted over 3 hours before an intermission. The crowd, many of whom appeared to be comped, was noisy, drunk, disrespectful. Ushers did nothing. Reflecting, this must have been some talent agency's showcase. Not what I paid for nor expected, at the Grand Ole Opry.
Bought tickets because Dierks Bentley was part of the artist list. He dropped out with no announcement and tickets still advertised with his name on the day of the event. Disappointed
Music was good but it ran too long. Intermission came late. Unorganized. We had to leave before it was over and missed some of it.
