Joe Gransden & His Big Band Tickets

Talented Big Band! Loved the dance lessons! Had lots of fun!

This was on Valentines, and definitely the BEST Valentine's either of us has had. We had heard Joe before, but this was SO good - the music, the dancing and the venue - were all just great and we had a marvelous time!! Would and have recommend to friends!!

Joe and his band played some great sets. Fantastic music to dance too and also great to sit there and enjoy. We enjoyed this wonderful Valentine's dance at the Fox. We definitely plan on attending another one of Joe's shows.

Joe Grandsen & His Big Band were great. Also enjoyed the exhibitions performed by the professional dancers. Great venue (the Egyptian Room) and the service from the staff was up their usual excellent standard. Overall a wonderful evening.

Joe and his band werre wonderful. Hope they return next year for Valentine's Day at the Egyptian Ballroom. If they do, we will be there. One caveat: The independent female singer (not a part of Joe's band) was the wrong choice for a ballroom dance event,.

It was a spectacular evening and a great time. I was a hit with my girlfriend as we danced the night away to Joe and his 16-piece big band. If you have the time to see them at Cafe 290 in Atlanta then do yourself a favor and stop in. You definitely won't be disappointed. We were transported back to the era of big bands, swing, crooners, all in the setting of the Fox Theatre's Egyptian Ballroom. The music divine, the setting romantic, and the company fantastic. There was a great mix of styles and ages, leaning more to a mature crowd, but everyone was enjoying themselves with the utmost courtesy. I would LOVE to see this happen again a few times a year; my girlfriend and I would be there!

Big Band did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor. I would been happy with fewer exhibitions and more time dancing, even as the band was on break. Dance floor was crowded. Maybe there would be an opportunity for new people to come out to learn and dance without so many seasoned dancers. Bar lines were long, but not unbearable.

First time at this event, it was nice and the band was great! Only problem was the dance floor that was over the carpet was too small and did not allow the more experienced dancers to be able to travel. Again the BAND was AWESOME.

Was a great band and a great venue, but the dance floors weren't big enough and it was a bit overcrowded.

It was absolutely wonderful! I hope they'll do another one again soon! My only complaint would be that I wish the ballroom was larger.
