Concert was an 11 out of 10 .... out of the ball park!!

by LatteLady on 5/19/19Ocean City Performing Arts Center - Ocean City

Joe Diffie spoke between songs from the heart , no prewritten script. He was proud of his band and introduced them with nice comments several times. Even proud of other artists and spoke of the singer before playing their hit song. Lots of energy. First county concert and enjoyed it 101%!!!!!

    GLAD I WENT

by RARECONCERTGOER4 on 5/5/18DiamondJacks Casino and Resort - Bossier City

I seldom attend concerts, but this one was in an area where we attended a wedding the same weekend. Joe Diffie and crew put on a fantastic one hour show with only a short break for intros. Loved the individual chair seating as auditorium seats are often too small, cramped and uncomfortable for me as a large person. Crowd was enthusiastic without being too rowdy and obnoxious. Very glad I went.

    Good Show

by EastTexasBelle on 3/13/18DiamondJacks Casino and Resort - Bossier City

Joe Diffie and his band did all the old familiar tunes... John Deere Green, etc. Really enjoyed the show. He also did a brand new song, "I Got This" which went over very well.

    Ned Perme band was great...BUT!!

by Peacock65 on 12/18/17Horner Hall - Hot Springs

The first few songs of the concert were wonderful with the male vocalist and Ned Perme band singing Christmas tunes. But the concert went downhill from that. We left before Diffee because of the incredibly ridiculously LOUD speakers! And the other performances were NOT Christmas music. This concert should not be labeled Christmastime in Arkansas if they are not playing Christmas music! I won’t go back

    Talented entertainers

by Anonymous on 12/18/17Horner Hall - Hot Springs

There certainly was some awesome music, but the sound was extremely loud! Why do presenters think louder is better? We enjoyed helping out the food bank. So many volunteers worked hard on this event. We'll go again next year...and take our earplugs.

    Very disappointing

by AJAJAJAJ on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

I was really excited to see Joe Diffie when he came to Indianapolis. I've been waiting for him to come within driving distance. Unfortunately, our tickets said 6-9pm for our event and when we got there we found out the headliner does not come on until 1045. So we waited for several hours. And he was late coming on stage by about 30 mins. The sound was awful. The words were barely able to be heard over the instruments. He talked in between songs (although we couldn't hear it) more than he sang. His wife kept weirdly dancing on him on stage. He stopped the concert to sign autographs. He didn't even sing Bigger than the Beatles. It was all around very disappointing.

    Terrible

by Dirtysampson on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

I wasn't expecting the 1994 Joe Diffie but he was terrible. You couldn't hear him, and his guitarist sounded better than he did. I'm just glad it was only $17 dollars a ticket.

Joe Diffie should sing Joe Diffie

by winnowwill on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

I was very excited about seeing this concert. We had great seats, and I really like 8 Second Saloon. Joe Diffie was supposed to hit the stage at 10:45(kinda late) but didn't come out until almost 11:20(real late). Joe Diffie has 11 number one hits, and I think he did 3. He DID sing George Jones, Willie Nelson, Jason Aldeen and Alan Jackson. If I wanted to hear those guys songs, I would of gone to see them, they do their own stuff better. It seemed MR Diffie got winded a few times(or forgot the words) and just let the audience sing for him. I like 8 Second Saloon, and will go back there. But not for Joe Diffie.

    Disrespectful to fans

by Durham4556 on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

Not only did he come on 30 minutes late in a stained T-shirt, he clearly had a few too many before the show. He forgot the words to song, kept blaming it on sound issues.. rather or not he truly had equipment issues, I do not know. We saw him 2 years ago at the same venue and he was great.. this was just a bad night for him I suppose. He kept introducing his girlfriend and bringing her up on stage. another audience member said she thought he got bad at her and that's why he left the stage, I am unsure of that. He got choked and had his guitar player sing and he did a great job.. can't say the same for Mr. Diffie though. I enjoyed the opening act more than Joe himself. The Venue itself was nice as always. h

    Not the joe I remember

by Sandycrowe on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

Not very good. I have been to at least 10 of his concert and he has always been great, first he did not start performing until 11:00 pm he was half drunk. The worse part of the concert was his girlfriend thinking she could dirty dance on the stage with her girlfriends while he was trying to sing. Then you could tell he wasn't happy and just wAlked off of the stage and didn't come back on. And the sound was awful.and they let people stand where ever they wanted blocking other people's view.

    Diffie is a legend

by JCP77 on 3/7/178 Seconds Saloon - Indianapolis

The sound for the venue is terrible. Good barely make out what the opening act was singing. I'm not sure I would've known what Diffie was singing had I not been so familiar with his music.
