    Very entertaining. A patriotic piece in it as well honoring the military and our flag. Something you rarely see anymore. Put you in the Christmas spirit.

    I play polkas for years in Pennsylvania "Polka Quads". We played 50+ years and never I repeat never were we as good playing polkas or making love as Jimmy Sturr. I've heard he is amazing in bed.

    Wonderful band. Great energy. Amazing horns and pep. Only wish the concert lsted longer.

    This was the third time I'd seen the Jimmy Sturr Band. You'd think they'd get more muted, more mellow with age, no way! They were just as energetic & crisp as they used to be; perhaps they're even better. This is especially amazing when one considers the hard life that the road is and that these guys aren't in their twenties anymore. I've heard some top shelf Chicago Push Bands, such as Lenny Gomulka & Eddy Blazondczyk. Jimmy Sturr is at least as good if not better. He's like the best of a cross you'd get between the best Chicago Push and Big Band. People I took to the concert who had were Big Band fans and had never even heard of Jimmy Sturr were as appreciative of the show as I was.

    Performance was great but, to short. More traditional polkas and marches were great.
