Jeffrey Steele is awesome and I wished he could have played longer!
Wish he would have come back on stage for one last song
Songs were heart felt. Went from soft slow songs to up tempo. Went to both shows. Second one was a little different than the first. Great showmanship. What a musician... Cant wait till he comes back...
Pure driven energy from start to finish. A perfect, almost 3 hour show that left the audience wanting more. Jeff is a great songwriter, guitar player, piano player and singer.
This was my first Jeffrey Steele concert and it will not be my last. Great voice, great set, great venue (although the casino setting led to many blue-hairs in the crowd). Friends recommended seeing him in concert and he did not disappoint. He played for nearly 3 hours. His style is part rock, part country, and part southern rock. We had an absolute blast! Go see this guy - he's the best singer you never heard of!
This man is a consumate performer. My wife and I make sure we see any of his performances at Fallsview Casino. We can't thank them enough for booking him every year. The string of hit songs he has written is unbelievable, and when he performs them...well...it totally blows the audience away every time!
Another through the roof performance by Jeffrey Steele and his backup band of talented musicians. His April 17, 2010, Saturday night show (almost 3 hours) showcased his songwriting, humor, and guitar work. The Fallsview Casino supplies one of the top venues to experience a show. Any fan of country music should look for this show to return in the future.
Although not that impressed with JC Andersen, was pleasantly surprised with Ira Dean's performance....but no one parallels Jeffrey Steele! Steele is the reason we drove for a day (well, round trip) to the Wildhorse. He consistently delivers a high energy and heartfelt show, no matter what the occasion. The only reason I rated the whole eve with 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was a bit disappointed that JS did not ring in the New Year during his show - he left by 11:00 p.m. With him headlining and being the draw for the night, we thought he would rock out til the early morning hours of 1-2 a.m., as he has many shows in the past played for 3-4 hours.
For everyone complaining they didn't pay $150 for only 1 1/2 hours of Jeffrey Steele, that's right. You didn't. You paid $150 for NYE at the Wildhorse which included a fabulous buffet (that had something for everyone), 3 bands, ariel artists, stilt walkers, a magician, live tables and dancers. Just as advertised. The night was amazing and very different from any other NYE I've ever been to. I could have watched the ariel artists all night long. Also one of the managers went to EVERY VIP table and explained that they could move their chairs in front of the rail once they were set up and before those with lower priced tickets were allowed on the dance floor. You want all Steele all the time, go to one of his other shows in town where it's just him.(which for some here complaining still isn't enough) But on NYE, the Wildhorse delivered exactly what they advertised and it was worth every penny.
I was very disappointed in the New Years Eve celebration. For the price of the tickets, I feel we did not get the best price. He didn't play very long and the last performance we saw in February was awesome which is why we came back this time. We will not be going back.
