Jazz in the Gardens Music Fest Tickets

I came in from DC for the Sunday performance for a solo trip & I had a really good time. Every single artist sounded amazing. For the most part, the show adhered to the schedule until the very end. DJ Cassidy was a little too excited and I think might have went over his time a bit. But other than that, I enjoyed myself and would come again. It was a bit confusing to get in, but there were staff on site to guide us into the appropriate line. Once inside, there was ample staff to help people find their seats, lots of food vendors and the gift bags were nice because they had a seat cushion in them that came in handy. My one piece of feedback would be to offer higher tier of alcohol for the price of the drinks as well as more of a variety of alcohol and brands.

I had tickets for both days and really enjoyed going.The music artist lineups were great choices and they came and did their performances to perfection.I do have one thing to say about the seating it can be a bit crowded,no problem I expect that.But when you have other things that were not to be taken in (wagons pulling chairs and everything else)taking the space of seating that is a problem.You cant sit comfortably.I did enjoy myself that's all that mattered but I will be surely well prepared for next time since I know what to expect from others going that do the most..Food vendors were overly priced and not worth the money or the tasting of the food they cooked.But for next time as I say! I will be prepared.. Inspite of that the JITG was a VIBE!!!

The musical guest lineup was amazing for all genres. The rules regarding carryon items should be relaxed. Was very disappointed with the sound engineering turning off the microphones of the artist during their performance particularly Saturday. The food venues were out of this hemisphere however to get food and beverages lines were too long. Better planning for bathroom wristbands suggest more ticket booths are available to service the concert goers lines were ridiculously long. Train staff on how to direct traffic in the multipurpose parking lots. Provide better assistance for Ride Share services designated areas not in restricted vicinity where traffic are permitted only one way. Concert goers had to walk long distances to get picked up for ride shares which was a nightmare trying to navigate the ride share not to travel near the venue.

The Saturday lineup times were given late. The artists were coming out off schedule. General admission had rows of chairs that you needed to be present for hours before the festival in order to secure. I left festival at 11:30, at that time several artists had not hit the stage yet. I did not enjoy this festival as an out of town visitor. It was focused on the locals and the upcoming elections. I will never attend another Jazz in the Gardens festival.

Beautiful from start to finish. Need more food vendors. In lemonade line for 35 minutes. In food line fir 45 minutes.

Never was so disappointing with parking in the big gap between the performance at to be somebody else other than the previous years to arrange this we won't return next year

Long lines for entry are expected. Long lines for the restroom I totally understand. But 2 hours waiting on food was unacceptable. On the upside, the 305 tribute took me back to the 90s/early 2000s. The Dj breaks were all hype and kept the crowds attention. I really enjoyed the mix of genres- old school hip hop, new school, acrobat, calypso, and r&b. I can’t wait to see the lineup for next year!

When you can get some of the best Artist under one roof for the price it's priceless!, Maxwell,Kirk Franklin,Fantasia,BabyFace,TI,Summer Walker, Jazmin Sullivan,Jezzy,Trick Daddy,Trina,Luke 2Live Crew,Rick Ross!So manyETC.Awesome!

It was awesome, we had a fabulous time. The surprise artists were definitely a surprise & appreciated!!! The only problem was some of the sound. JITG you have to do it even bigger next year!!

The concert was great but the bathroom area was not so great. They ran out of toilet paper and water to wash your hands.
