I love Jay and Silent bob, and couldnt wait to see the show. but I thought it may have been a little funnier, I loved how they brought the crowd into the conversation, and half of it was fairly funny. I wish Jason, and Kevin would talk about their films more, instead of the "girls". Also wished they would have stuck around to visit with their fans, they ones who supported them, and stuck by them over the years.
It was awesome seeing them in person. But Jason Mewes was the highlight of the night.
Mosier and Smith were entertaining. Mewes tended to ramble and his stories were not that interesting. All in all, was funny. Was sad to hear about Mewes and his drub problems.
The doors at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando opened up at 7:00pm the concert started at 8. I sat down to find my seat at first around 7:10 once I got past security. I found my seat and I was sitting in Center, Row - A, Seat 21 the seats were amazing I was just mere feet away from the stage. I got up had a few cigarettes and chit-chatted with numerous other fans. Around 7:50 I sat down in my seat, then I heard the MC-Chris opening theme "You wanna Smodcast," everybody in the concert hall cheered; Kevin Smith and Scott Moiser sat down and did the original 'Smodcast.' Kevin Smith and Scott Moiser were incredibly witty and funny they talked about everything from Harry Potter to Disney Land/World Drive-by shootings. After that was over there was a break and I had another cigarette, 'Jay & Silent Bob Get Old' concluded the show. Jason Mewes told his tales of drug abuse and various sexual encounters, one story concluded a previous podcast about a girl who was upset with Jason Mewes about him stealing her orgasm. The crowd was a bit 'shouty' that night, but I feel that made the show even more incredible. The three were on the top of their game. The whole crowd was into it and there was not a busted belly in the joint. I recommend 'Jay & Silent Bob Get Old' to anybody who is a Kevin Smith fan or just a fan of comedy in general. Excellent show Kevin. Just Brilliant.
Hi the guys were great!The only wish i had was that there would be a Q&A.I never met kevin but have seen all his movies.He's a very smart guy and i love his writing.
Wasnt very funny at all. Was like watching two guys have a conversation with one another and you are not involved. I expect more stand up comedy or role play something more then what it was. Feel like I wasted time and money on this. Not very amused and I love Jay and Silent Bob
Kevin Smith, Scott Mosier, and Jason Mewes brought three hours of fantastically funny stories that were enjoyed by the whole crowd.
The show was much better than I thought it would be. Very funny!
Great show! Venue was smaller then expected, but still very much enjoyable. Will go again when they return.
Kevin Smith kept his clothes on the entire time, and Scott Mosier only took his shirt off once, and that was while hidden behind a table. I couldn't believe it when it was over, what kind of show was this?! I was outraged. For this much money, I want skin.
Great show!! I LOVE Kevin and Jason, and Scott was hilarious. I wish I could go every week!
I loved this show! I started off with a Smodcast and then there was a second show that was Kevin Smith and Jay Mewes. It was three hours of non-stop laughing.
